SportPlus Rowing Machine for Home with Air Resistance (8 Levels), App Compatible, Quiet and Fluid Training, User Weight up to 150 kg

I waited until now to write a review because I wanted to know how long it would last. I use a rower regularly as my form of cardio. After about 2 years of regular use, the strap attached to the handle snapped - it started to fray at about one and a half years of use. I use it twice weekly at around 45mins. I wrote this review so people have a rough idea how long this device would last. The bluetooth is nice as it syncs with my polar heart rate chest strap and displays heart rate on its monitor.

I did quite a lot of investigation into the different rowing machines, there are so many out there, but I went with this because I wanted the Air Resistance so the harder you pull the more resistance you get and there is no lag in resistance like the Magnetic machines. Also the fact it was German made really helped!First of all the rowing machine arrived a week earlier than I had expected. Arrived home to see 2 parcels sitting outside my apartment door so this was a nice surprise. Putting the unit together was easy, everything felt very well made and very sturdy too. Good quality components but then its German made so this is not surprising. Feels very similar to the gym machines and on the first test really felt the workout as I had hoped, and resistance is very good, you have 8 settings for this. The computer works well and is clear, my only quibble is that the advert shows this can be linked to the CardioApp on your phone but doesn't seem to have any Bluetooth connection ability, but other than that, its an excellent machine, really gives you a proper workout. Definitely feels like it will last and I am very happy!

So far, after a couple of months use, it has performed very well. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were acceptable. The batteries are AA and not AAA as listed. On first opening the display shows a standard clock but no instructions are given on how to set the initial time.The rower comes in two packages, which would be useful to know as they do not necessarily arrive on the same day.

Both feet rest have snapped on this product i have emailed the manufacturer still awaiting a response

Really happy with this kit. Particularly pleased that it suits a taller person (I'm 6ft4in and it works well) and has a good max user weight limit. Also pleased with the quick delivery and it was well packaged. Would recommend.

Just perfect for a beginner. My 80 year old husband is using it to strengthen his legs and after a month there is a marked improvement in his mobility. It's quiet and unobtrusive.

I found it easy to assemble, it's nice and smooth to use and folds away well. Quite sturdy as well, good value for money.
