I have not used these as of yet.But the handles are large enough for my arthritic hands.Seem to be well made.

These are excellent quality and very well made. I used them for a very finnicky keto dough. They cut through beautifully. I am very pleased. I used the large square and the larger circle. My ravioli stayed sealed during cooking and was absolutely delicious. This is easy to store and a breeze to use. Thanks for a great product.

There very nice and more or less strong except the cutting ravioli roller is a bit flimsy.

This seems to be an overall sturdy set for the price paid, but I'm a bit disappointed with the Roller Wheel, which in the description advertises a "Strong Steel Bearing" between the wheel and the fork in which it rests. The wheel has an integrated shaft, that simply rests in two "bearing holes" in the fork and it comes quite wobbly in my opinion, as it only rests in one of the bearing holes 🤨The remedy is to take a big set of pump pliers, align the wheel to the bearing holes and then give the fork a good squeeze. Remember to protect the fork against scratch marks by putting a folded rag between the fork and the pliers 😎
