This was much more than expected. The coat is really, I mean really nice. The fabric is thick and fits like a glove. It will require a good press, it is sent folded. The snaps are very good, not the small ones, they are hidden behind the buttons of the vest and the pockets are real functioning pockets, also with snaps. This is a really nice coat not what I expected, thought it would be like most costumes items...thin. I do have one small warning though. The tails are long and if you are short, as I am, they will be at the bottom of your shoes or in my case almost dragging on the ground. All-in-all I am very impressed. UPDATE- The COMICON was great and I received many compliments on the coat, also had a number of pictures taken by attendees. I was asked where I purchased it and the cost, most were surprised at the price. This was a good purchase and as Halloween is coming up it will be used once again. Happy Amazoning.

It fit amazingly and looked super cool! It was easy to take off and on and the materials were of decently nice quality! It even washed well in a regular load! It was light weight but also kept me warm, and the coattails were very flowey.

The jacket by itself is cool for the price, but the buttons are terrible! That’s why I’m not giving it five stars.Jacket has a nice fit but it’s a bit tight, so make sure you follow the measuring chart to find the perfect fit for you.I’m 6”1, slim built, got a size medium.

Considering this is less than $100, I think it is pretty awesome. The buttons are actual, sturdy metal. The fit and cut of the coat are really great. I wouldn't call it lightweight but I wouldn't call it heavy either. It falls pretty perfectly in the middle. I was able to wear it to a Halloween outdoor wedding in the midwest. I was definitely a little cold but it was tolerable. The only thing I would have done differently is order a size down. Men's large is usually just a little snug on me and I knew I needed to wear a shirt under this, but the XL was a little too big and looked frumpy. If you want a slimmer fit, be aware of that.

Fits well works well with the costume

This coat easily became a constant rotation in my drag costumes. It's very nice, but not the most durable with the buttons. I've ripped them clean off of the fabric and have had to safety pin them before I figure out another option. That would have been a negative deal breaker if the jacket didn't look so freaking good on stage.I am 5'03" and over 200lbs and I did have to hem the sleeves to fit me better, and I have to wear 3in platforms to not step on the coat tails.

So impressed.. for the price I was expecting something cheaply made. This is for my son's costume this year. Honestly this is perfect. The material the buttons everything. He says he's going to use it again after halloween.. he loves it. Very well made. Love this purchase.

I bought this for my Halloween costume this year and, like others, I'm overall happy with it. The material doesn't feel super cheap and it's not too heavy so it's comfortable to wear. Also like others, the buttons are a little sketchy. The first time I tried it on the bottom button got so stuck that it almost ripped off when I tried opening it back up.As for the fit, I'm 6'1" and 175 lbs with a more slender build. I measured 42" around my chest so I went with the large and it's definitely big on me. Since a lot of people seem to have issues with the sizing I'd recommend ordering two different sizes just to be sure.
