So I've been using them for Greek yogurt and the different combinations I can have with fruits, honey, & cocoa. I love it. I would say it's a little tricky to clean the handle part of the cup where the spoon hangs. It's really not difficult but just be careful.

I believe this is the cutest, most convenient little container ever!I prep my overnight oats almost daily and taking a bowl to work was not working for me. Ever since this purchase, I manage to take my breakfast with ease, knowing a spoon is also included.The only think I don't like would be that you struggle a bit to close the lid if granola gets on the smalller cracks.Other than that, I love everything else!

Im obsessed I need another one! Only thing is I wish the spoon snapped in a little more securely bc it could just slide out and get lost if the cup is the wrong way. Otherwise, I have used this almost daily since I got it

Great for holding food, but not for liquids. It leaks if you add any liquid once you secure it to the base. Do not use to hold liquids.
