Inaccurate readings both ear and forehead. Tested when arrived and seemed to be a few degrees off, thought it would "work" it self out, since it shipped it WI cold, it never did. When the kids got sick a month or so later it was still not reading accurately. We had to go to the store with sick kids to purchase a different one. Than it was too late to return this one!

My reason for rating this only 3 stars is the thermometer has different temperature reading between the forehead and the ear. The forehead reading is approximate 2 degrees lower than the ear, the forehead reading is incorrect.

I purchased this because my facility thermometers weren't accurate. My CNAs loved this so much,that I was asked to purchase 2 more. 1 for each of them. This is a really good quality product. I have been a nurse for 21 years. I highly recommend this thermometer.

Works as advertised so far. Like the ability to measure in different ways. Much easier for kids.

This item is so easy to use. So it is useful for an infant or older adult.

doesn't give right temp

Very simple and fast. My daughter no longer cries when I want to measure her temperature.
