Just not very durable. It sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. Very neat when it works to full capability.

As stated in the description, best to use on smooth surface. It tried hard to work on my carpet, but failed. However, when put on the kitchen floor, it worked beyond my expectations. The motion sensor for not bumping into walls, cabinets, refrigerator, etc., worked great and the snake turned around and went in a different direction. Definitely recommended for your kitties (and cats). HAVE FUN!

cats a little scared of it

I was really excited to get this toy for my very active kittens but have been disappointed by the product. Within two days the wheels stopped spinning. After fixing this issue, it's happened again multiple times since and I've had the snake for only a few weeks. I'm not sure if when they pounce on it the wheels become misaligned but they only weigh under 8 lbs.

Good cat toy but it goes under furniture.I had to dig it out, got tired of doing and put it away. Cant let cats play without me helping.

I had high hopes for this toy until I saw it. Very cheap plastic. I wondered if I could even snap it together. Once it got going, it could not work on the carpet very well at all. Got stuck all the time. It went fairly well on the hardwood floors if that is all that you have, no throw rugs. You have to be right there the whole time.They looked and checked it out but no playing with it. It was not on long enough to give you an idea of battery life. Again another one that has to be precharged with a USB port.

I have 4 cats and I’m always looking for entertainment for them Instead of me dangling a string for them to chase. I bought this thinking yeah this is good - every single one of them is either not interested or afraid. I even put catnip on it. It’s cool looking and moves very well, not real loud but not the real thing either. I might try adding a string or feather to it. It does not work real well on carpeting but great on a solid floor. Didn’t try it on tile since I hate grout and have no tile in my home. Your cats my have a different opinion and not spoiled in thinking the world is all about them. Kittens I think would love this

I bought for my cats they like it. It's so lifelike! The tongue moves on and out. It has sensors so if something is in front of it, it backs away. It's fast. The eyes light up. Easy to charge, no batteries.👌 I recommend this toy. 👍
