Stimtastic Chewable Silicone Bat Pendant Necklace, Blue

I love this thing! I named mines Batty. I totally thought it was an owl before I bought it but when it came, I found out it was bat. Still, I love Batty. Its a bit hard to stop chewing on my fingers as I always stim by chewing on my fingers then break the skin then I end up with band-aids ever since I was a little kid. I'm a recently self dx'ed currently and half pro dx'ed Asperger's since I was 3 yrs old.(parents denial about it since '86) I am slowly transitioning from my fingers to Batty and I'm pretty happy. I chewed on Batty so hard when I have a meltdown or shutdown or just stimming yet at the end of it, Batty has no teeth marks or any signs of tear! I'm totally happy with it!I have no problems with the string Batty came with as I had read some others said that theirs keeps on snapping off.So again, I am pleased with buying this. It's totally saving me from chewing on myself and my shirts, jackets.I probably buy another later on, but yes this is a good seller to get stuff like this.

If you or someone you love finds chewing helps with anxiety, this is a great option. It looks like a really cool Goth-style necklace, but it has hidden benefits. The wings and body are of a different resilience to accommodate more than one type of chewing. My daughter adores bats, so this was a perfect choice for her. After about two years (and an auto accident where the necklace was rather aggressively pulled by the impact), the pendant showed signs of year/damage at the feet and we replaced it. Now, just having the bat is comforting to my daughter, and I notice her chewing it less. Great product and great company.

This bat got me through a panic attack. I'm not much of a chewer in general but when I do have panic attacks, or when my jaw is clenching up painfully, it's useful having something like this. Plus, I love bats.

Very durable for my 9 year old who likes to chew to soothe herself. I got one for a friend's 9 year old child who chews and he bit thru the bat ear in less than an hour.
