I got mine custom ordered as my dimensions were not standard. The frame arrived quite quickly and it looks pretty good! I’m very happy with my purchase.

So frustrated. I bought this frame BECAUSE it INCLUDED the mounting and hanging HARDWARE. The hardware is useless!! If I tried to use the hardware included w/the frame, the canvas I need to frame would just fall out the front! Not only that, but the screws provided aren't long enough to go through the frame itself AND the frame that the canvas is stretched over. So first I had to rummage around and find the correct length screws, then figure out what drill bit to use, drill the screws in and hope the material they used to make the frame out of (definitely not actual wood), has enough integrity to handle the whole process. Did I mention there were no markings or pre-drilled holes, in the back of the frame, indicating the proper and level positioning of the screws??? WAY more work than I hoped for. Won't buy another one. Hope the painting (a Christmas gift to someone!) hangs even when they try to put it up.

I purchased both the black frame and the natural wood frame 16x20. They were both packed with care and arrived without a scratch on them. The frames themselves are absolutely gorgeous. The hardware provided was mostly useless, so you’ll need to have four wood screws of your own to attach the pulled canvas to the frame. D-ring was fine, but the picture wire was basically yarn. But other than not helpful hardware, the frames were gorgeous and elevated the artwork affixed.

I was in search of some more modern frames to reframe some of my father's paintings. These looked like what we were hoping for so I ordered 2 different sizes to fit the first 2 paintings we were going to reframe. After ordering, I realized they were coming from Latvia and became very concerned. Absolutely nothing against Latvia but something like a picture frame coming that distance during the holiday shipping season had me worried they would be damaged in transit. The shipping did take some time due to the distance they had to travel but they arrived in PERFECT condition. They were extremely well packaged as you will see from the photos and were exactly the look we wanted. Note that each frame was individually packed so no risk in ordering multiple frames. They would probably be less expensive if they were being shipped from the US but I'm very happy with how the project turned out.

This is the 22 x 28 chrome floater frame. Fits a 3/4 inch canvas depth. It is impossible to find unless you get it made by a frame shop. The canvases are sold in art and craft stores but they don't sell the frames. Pixy offered this frame in various colors. I wanted a shiny silver look and this frame does the trick. The instructions were clear and I framed my art in less than 15 minutes. The packaging was very protected and the frame arrived without any damage. Only two notable negatives for some people. The frame is plastic. However, it is a good quality plastic with a solid coating of paint. They sent a cord and not framing wire with the d-rings but that works fine because the frame is actually very lightweight. I was very pleased and will order more.

This is the 4th time that I've ordered these floating frames. I love them for pictures that are odd sizes as there is some flexibility. I purchase 16x20 paint by number paintings that are shipped from China, and since the measurements are done in metrics, they are always slightly smaller than a standard frame, but they fit in these frames.The seller packaged this frame VERY WELL. So well, that it took some time to break into the box. :) Not a scratch or dent on the frame. Well done!!! Thanks for a great purchase experience. So it is actually shipped from Latvia, but it arrived in about a week. My frame arrived in good condition. If it would have been damaged, shipping would have costed more than the frame. The frame fits, but my canvas doesn’t have a bigger boarder in the back of it to allow the screws to work with the accessories provided. I plan to just hot glue the back of it to the frame. No big deal. Cheapest price for the size I need. It’s a risk I don’t really recommend. Sounds like I got luckybcompared to other reviews.

I placed my order for this frame and didn't realize it was coming from Latvia in Europe. What had I done? Instead it arrived early and packaged with the utmost care. The frame is not wood but a high quality strong (PS) Polystyrene foam. Looking at it you cannot tell the difference between that and real wood. I love the fact this frame is lighter weight than real wood lowering the risk of it falling off the wall. The canvas fits in the frame perfectly and again, the appearance of the finish is so like genuine wood that no one will ever know the difference. I couldn't be more pleased and will be back for more with the very wide selection of colors. Thank you for a great product.

I was pleasantly surprised. It arrived in very secure packaging - a wooden bracket and foam and delivered by fedex! It is a plastic type frame, however, once I mounted my painting, I was glad that it was of a light material. It made the painting look very professional

J'ai acheté ce produit pour encadrer une toile, dès l'ouverture de la boîte j'ai vu que le cadre était cassé, pourtant l'emballage était intact. Après inspection et vérification, j'ai vu que c'était super médiocre comme qualité et surtout pour le prix !!! par contre services à clientèle super efficace, j'ai obtenu un crédit en envoyant des photos. N'achetez pas !!!!

They were very well packaged and arrived undamaged, including all hardware. Simple installation and decent quality materials. They are not real wood but very convincing imitation unless you handle them (who handles paintings on the wall unless you’re stealing it!?).Easily 25% of the cost of professional framers.Well done.

This frame would have been awesome but came dented in not one but two areas (see photos). The dents are clearly visible even from far away. It was very disappointing that the product is fairly expensive and then comes in a damaged condition.

Was delivered broken in two places. Wanted my money back and they refused. Wasn't going to spend the money and ship the broken garbage back to them. No refund. Never again!! As an artist, I should have known better!
