Let's get the negative stuff out of the way first. I purchased the tablet because I wanted a portable e-reader for digital textbooks so that I would not be tied to my laptop. That was the only reason. At the noted price point, it will not compete with a higher end product. Though the screen quality is ok, the camera is horrible. And so is the sound. I need to purchase a BT speaker to compensate for the sound of the e-reader. It claims to be a standard 10" but the glass screen protector I purchased is too large. I must now purchase a screen protector film so that I can cut it down to size as necessary. And finally for the negatives, the on/off and volume buttons are positioned in such a way that I cannot use the tablet case cover I purchased. I have to purchase another one of those as well.On the brighter side, I have two e-readers - one being the Kindle app. They both run really well. I was able to download a university textbook in less than a few minutes. I am fully able to use the e-reader app features. So, other than the sound (I like not having to stop reading just to prepare dinner), I'm quite happy with the downloaded apps. I also like playing a few games on the tablet. Nothing stalls, and colors are vivid.If you're not in need of a serious tablet that costs as much as a laptop...this one is not bad. I'll buy the speaker and use my phone for pics. If you are a student and want a device upon which to download books, this works well.#WearYourMaskProudly

The overall product is ok. It just moves really slow with downloading stuff. I bought it for my 4 year old. She doesn't even like it cause it moves so slow.

I was actually looking for a replacement for my 5+ year old Kindle Fire and thought that was what I was purchasing. The fault was mine because I didn't read the product description, but I am very pleased with my purchase anyway. The fact that the company offered me a free tablet case didn't hurt either. :-) It's very easy to set up and use. It is also very light-weight and easy to carry. It is a bit wider and shorter than the 10" Kindle Fire, but the only issue with that is the fact that the Kindle case won't fit. The free new case solved that problem, though, so all is good.However, less than a month after purchase the damn thing won't turn on. I charged it all night long and even pressed the reset button but nothing. I also haven't received the free case that they promised yet. Not even an email with the shipping status. Now, I need to spend more money that I can't really afford to spend to get something that will work for more than two weeks.

This is a zenco tablet I had trouble with two of them that I bought on Amazon both of them had bad batteries I've been trying to avoid these type of tablets but I ended up getting the same kind not knowing so I hope they improved on their batteries my last tablet almost blew up from a bad battery gel pack it says one name on the tablet or when you look into it it's a zenco

I distant teach from home and was looking for a second screen for watching the kids and it works perfect for that. The touch screen responds well when I need to highlight a student. The screen is crystal clear. In streaming movies from Prime etc the quality of the screen is not as clear as I was hoping at times. If there is a lot of action, the picture gets kind of blurry and I have the fastest wifi I can get from my cable company. But for its price I am still satisfied. My only real issue is the sound. If you purchase this, which I would do again, do yourself a favor and purchase Bluetooth speakers or earbuds because the speaker quality is non-existent.

Now, everyone has their own trials and experience. So, here is mine screen is a good size, the touch is a bit lagged and the battery is alright when not playing latge game's or apps. Mainly use mine to read books from different apps. So, far my battery last me about 5 hour's while reading. Once I decided to play a large game it went down faster.This type of device is good for smaller task I would honestly say or smaller children. That do not mind that type of battery drop.This purchase was made for a long ride and it worked for my reading and a small battery eating game not any large games. Again, everyones outcome is different.

I was able to purchase this tablet with an Amazon coupon, so I could not pass up an opportunity for a deal like this for a 10-inch tablet. Overall the table works great. The picture is clear, it is easy to use, and very sleek. One negative I have is when using video calls like Duo or Zoom, others here everything in your background amplifying them. I hear a lot of complaints from people trying to listen to me. Luckily, I did not buy it for that, so I am keeping it.

I'm a 81 year old first time tablet user and buyer, that don't have a lot of media device savvy or experience. I purchased this tablet to mainly browse the internet and answer e-mails because of the large screen. My phone's screen is too small and I have impaired vision, as well. It is taking time for me to get used to handling the the larger size, compared to the tablet, though. I'm "very happy" that I was able to find this what appears to be quality tablet at such an affordable price.
