I've been taking this for a week or so now and I'm starting to feel the benefits from it now. I've been trying to lose the winter weight I put on and added this to routine. I can feel a definite boost in my energy level and I've lost a couple pounds this week, although I've been more active, so I can't say this had much to do with it except for an energy boost. I honestly like the bottle too. It doesn't look like some cheapo weight loss supplement that i wouldn't want people to see on my kitchen counter. You only take one a day too, so it's got that going for itself.
