Mendel's Kansas City BBQ Rub | Kosher Gluten Free BBQ Rub is a Great for BBQ Chicken, Beef or to Dry Rub Ribs - 5 oz

We used Mendels BBQ Rub in a BBQ competition with 26 teams and won 1st place in chicken and 3rd place in beef ribs with it. We also used the Mendels BBQ sauce. I thought the rub was a little too spicy, but obviously the judges like it. Will use it again for the next competition. Over 3,000 people attended and we served the chicken with the rub and people really like it.

I like it, has a little kick to it, actually was probably too spicy for everyone that was eating the ribs but I thought it had a good balance between sweet and spice. Doesn't give the ribs the color that others do.

Used it on chicken. The flavor was good and it helped create a good bark. I wish the container was bigger but overall very happy.

Took this a camping trip and it was great. i made steak and ribs using this rub and both were a huge success.

Like this rub a lot although I would like a little more heat.
