Crave Crush – Crave suppressant to stop sugar cravings 15 mint lozenges

While pricey, these really do work. I have a serious sweet tooth, and once I start on the massive quantities of candy available in my office I find it very difficult to stop (even though I'm mildly allergic to chocolate, which makes it a pretty big issue sometimes). However, after dissolving one of these on my tongue, I can't taste sugar-- candy and sweets taste strange and metallic, and I'd rather spit them out than eat any more! So despite the fact that the price works out to over $1/tablet, I would absolutely recommend these, and will likely order more in the future.

Did not work. Waste of money.

Friday night. Take-out. After a full plate of dumplings, sesame chicken, and lo mein, the cavings kicked in after putting the kids to bed. There was ice cream and thin mints in the fridge. An open bag of chocolate chips, too. The leftover dumplings were also tempting. Popped a Crave Crush and by the time it dissolved I had no want for the sweets. Saved myself from the unecesaary calories and (finally!) showed restraint. Tiny pill. Clean, minty taste.

First of all, I do believe some of the perfect reviews are being written by the company and affiliates. Just wanted to put that out there. What these pills do - mute your taste buds for a certain amount of time. What they don't do - stop you from craving sugar if you have a sweet tooth. It will stop anything from tasting sweet, so you're less likely to "cheat". I used them after lunch when I am most likely to grab a cookie. Takes about 10 minutes for the pill to dissolve and it lasts another 15-30 minutes after the pill is fully gone. Not sure if I will order these again. I will update this review if I see a change.

Possibly stops sugar cravings for a while, but only because it leaves a funky, dry, metallic taste in the mouth.

I often feel controlled by my cravings - salty, sweet, you name it. Most of the time, I don't even really want the thing that I'm 'craving' it's just flavors that linger in my gut or on my tongue. Overcoming them has been so hard for me, but I love Crave Crush for helping me break the cycle. It helps me when I can't help myself! As a Health Coach, I really like whole, natural, and organic products and often shy away from things like this, but because Crave Crush is science backed and primarily made of gymnema! Thank you, Crave Crush!

waste of my money

These really work! They taste like normal mints too. There's not much in the container, but they last a while.
