DO NOT BUY
First, there is a definite misconception about the size of these needles. They are labeled as 1209 and 1207, which technically should have 9 or 7 needles and yet what I can see is 3 or 4 needles? The ink was not absorbing well, despite going to the proper depth and I was constantly having to wipe my skin just to see where I was going. I was trying to touch up some tattoos that I had...1203 is the size of the needle that was used when I first got them done, but for some reason, these needles made THICK lines, as if they really are 1207 or 1209. That being said, my already f*** tattoos are F*** a little more. I'm going to have to go back to the artist who did them so that she can go over all the lines to make them all thick. (I was just trying to touch a few spots). It also came with NO aftercare ointment, definitely didn't come with a razor and in order to use the transfer sheet, you need a heat printer. This setup is really made for minuscule designs. I managed to do a teeny tiny semi-colon (;)on my finger, this little semi-colon is probably smaller than a grain of rice, and yet I had to continually go over and over and over just to make the design show up. Also, LOOK at your needles before you actually start, I noticed one of the needles (not the one I used) looks like a frayed shoelace with one of the needles out of place, which means that If I were to use that needle I would have definitely messed up my tattoos

Works very well!
Used this to tattoo one of my rabbits. Took two passes to get it really dark, but she didn't seem to mind it one bit.

very good for beginners
i ordered this to do a stick and poke on myself and it worked out well besides the fact the transfer paper didn’t really work as i had hoped even after watching a tutorial. i recommend practicing your design first on the practice skin before doing it on yourself to see how deep/how many times you need to go over it. i have a medium pain tolerance so i was surprised at how well i was able to handle this as it didn’t really hurt as much as i anticipated. i’ve also never done a stick and poke before so i was very happy with the ending result. the particular one i purchased didn’t come with stencils so if you want them i would say to buy the one with stencils or purchase them separately to make things easier. i plan on buying more ink colors and doing more soon. i hope you guys like my finished result!
