Perfect for making very healthy, savoury pancakes.
Positives:_100% natural - no additives or preservatives.Vegan friendly - 100% plant based.Cholesterol and sugar free.Sprouted flour has increased nutrient content.High in protein and gut-friendly fibre.Good best before date of March 2024 - 12 months from date of manufacture.Supplied in a reusable, resealable pack.Negatives:-None at all.Observations:-Having been vegan since January 2012, after 21 years as a vegetarian, I am well aware of the additional health benefits of products made from sprouted seeds.Conclusion:-It is ideal for making very healthy, savoury pancakes, but also has many other uses, and I still have plenty of time left to try it with other vegan recipes, as it can be used for up to 3 months after the pack has been opened.

Marginally Better Than White Flour With Macros
This product is trying to sell itself as better than white flour, hence the justification for the price of £7.50 for 450g. This is significantly more expensive than normal flour, so you'd hope the macros match up. The photo of the macros is more accurate than the text product description.Normal flour is around 364kcal for 100g. This is 320kcal. It claims to have more protein and fibre, 12g vs 10.3 and 4g vs 2.7g respectively when compared to plain white flour. Now with this in mind, it really isn't much better, so the only real rationale for getting this is if you're gluten intolerant or allergic, as there is no gluten in it.As for the taste. It tastes much like normal flour, albeit with a slight nutty taste. It has a slightly more grey hue to it but cooks well and tastes fine.I would recommend only for those who have the above gluten issues but not for those looking to reduce calorie intake or looking to significantly boost their macros.

Good for healthy pancakes
This gluten free flour is good for me as it avoids my getting an upset stomach. It makes nice pancakes and chappattis. Not used it for baking yet but looking forward to experimenting. Nice flavour and good quality

Gluten-free alternative to regular flour
This flour is ideal for baking as it adds a nutty seedy flour like texture to make gluten-free bread taste just like regular bread. I like to use this when i want to treat myself to a more natural alternative to gluten-free flour, which there isn't much choice in the supermarkets. The taste is just like regular flour, But with added flavour, So i would recommend this if you have allergens or intolerances. This blends well with rice flour and other alternative gluten-free bread ingredients.
