Works great and I think the water holding capacity is perfect and it’s a quick heat up time and easy to use with lots of attachments which is awesome!

Best purchase this year. I have purchased 3 other types of steamers this past year ranging from $60 to $300. Disappointed with all 3. I decided to order this steamer since it's capable of high heat steam temperature and honestly the price point was a factor. I'm beyond thrilled it cleaned my yucky grout. Let me remind people it's not a magic wand like any cleaner that is manual needs someone who will be willing to put in time and effort. I can tell you it works great and my only complaint about the steamer was there isn't an on off switch but what does someone expect for such a great price ...my sister ordered one after seeing the amazing grout transformation.

The steamer was easy to put together and is lightweight. It works well on both wood and carpet. On carpet, it pulls up anything deep that will have to be vacuumed up when it dries. All in all a good buy.

Okay, so lets get this said first and foremost, it is not high end. However, I can no longer lift bucket gallons of heavy water. It comes apart in 4 parts. Unlike some other reviews, I had no problem with the attachments. I bought extra mop pads so it very easy to fill. As far as economical, you use a lot less water. cleans the glass on my built-in doors and French door amazingly. The water container is attached to the handle, surprisingly light weight. when fully assembled stands in the corner on its own. you do not need to wait for the unit to cool down to refill. 1 light its keeping the heat, 2 lights it's on medium. 3 it has full steam power. remember with any hot steam or water you can get burned. my blinds windows and floors are so much easier to care for.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second one, I had to get a replacement because the first one didnt blow steam out and the handle got really hot. I got this replacement and it blows out not even warm steam. It’s cheaply made I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m returning this again and should have just gotten refunded the first time instead of a replacement.

This is not my first steamer. I have owned many throughout the years. Here's my assessment after initial trial run:Pros:1. Easy to Assemble2. Easy to Use3. Produces steam when using as handheld4. Compact for quick grab & go cleaningsCons:1. Questionable steam/max heat as floor mop2. The 'tubes' that make up the stick is too short causing back pain from having to curve your back. I am average height 5'6"3. Brush attachments (grout) are poor quality and seems like it's really only good for 1 time use4. Though lightweight overall, heavy & awkward as handheld. It is very bulky and the attachments forces you into a weird angle and distance from whatever you're cleaning5. Does not stand on its own6. Small tank so you need to refill repeatedly during cleaning sesh7. On/Off switch gets 'stuck' as you toggle between steam levelsOverall I would rate this as average to slightly above average as a floor steamer. There have been other reviewers that state their mops have stopped working/producing steam so I'm hoping mine does not stop working within a month

I came across this looking at steam mops, in the spring I ended up with a couple compression fractures in my back ouch, so I was unable to carry my vac mop up the stairs was to heavy, so I thought I would try this because of how light it is suppose to be, and it is. This little light weight machine puts out lots of hot steam, and the unit head is thin enough to mop under the front of the refrigerator plus its also the exact width of the stair treads so I can steam mop those also. I haven't tried all the attachments yet, but I have no regrets buying this unit ,has been a great asset. The price didn't break the bank so if I get a year out of it I still wouldn't regret buying it.

I bought to clean grout. Love the long handle and grout brush attachment. It was so easy as I did a line of grout 18 inches long I quickly wiped it up with a clean rag with my foot so dirty water does not soak back into grout. The rags were filthy and I steam tile regularly with my shark. But love this one better with so many attachments . I only use distilled water in my steamers so they never clog with minerals.Really great buy. I'm thrilled to clean . Now that's a crazy comment 🤣🤣🤣
