Go for XL size if you have large head.
It used to be difficult for me to get a full face helmet which would fit my head. This one proved to be fitting very well even for my head which in 625mm. Also the inner dark visor fits with my spectacles.

Good one for the price.
Wind shield quality is not good. It gets scratches easily.And the air flow vents are just for showoff. They dont really work.
