I use a lot of supplements and this is the first that's actually made a positive impact in my cycle. I haven't been on it long but I have already experienced less bloating and cramping during my period. It came on time too which is rare for me. I've also seen improvement in my complexion which is a bonus. Overall, I'm obsessed with the stick pack and the taste is SO good compared to other supps I've had. It's honestly really subtle, not overly sweet, and just enough flavor. It doesn't taste Iike straight grounded vitamins but it also doesn't taste like a bunch of overly powerful fake flavors added, both of which I dispise. So far I'm impressed on all levels and plan to purchase again!

My cravings have reduced dramatically! No more craving for sugar. I love that it tastes like lemonade so its perfect for the summer. It does have a different after taste but I guess I will get used to it.

I have been taking Ovaglow for a few months now and waited to write this review until I was sure of the product's efficacy. I'm really happy with the results. My cycle has been regular for the first time in a long time. I like that this comes in a stick pack, I live in NYC and am always on the run. It's a bit sweet but it actually tastes pleasant if you drink it with more water. I have a 32 oz hydro flask and dilute it in there. I like this more than Ovasitol because of the added flavor and the convenience. Will continue to purchase

I’m a registered dietitian and absolutely love this product. It tastes great, dissolves right into your water or other beverage, is such a reasonable price and makes for happy hormones!:)

I have yet to see any noticeable results from taking this stuff, but it’s cheaper than paying for obesity and it has the additional stuff in it that ovasitol doesn’t. It is easy to stick to and the flavor isn’t bad, BUT it smells like a sewer when you first open the packet and it leaves a weird aftertaste in your mouth like you sucked on dirty socks.

I really like this powder! It’s got the medically researched ratio of inositol to help hormones, plus added folic acid and NAC+. I’ve noticed improvement to my skin and nails using this drink! It tastes really good, mildly sweet not too sweet. I do recommend taking it twice a day if you have PCOS! I’d love if there was an unflavored option so i can mix it with other drinks.

After taking it for 2 and half weeks I saw changes on my cycle. It has been off track by to 2 weeks for a couple of months. I actually got it just with a week difference from my tracker this time, which is positive change from before!The small, individual packages also make it great to take on the go. The flavor is tasty and enjoyable!
