Accurate. Handles large boxes

Hi, we received this last month but didn't open it until just after the return window closed. The scale doesn't tare. It's hard to get it to settle on 0.0 and if it does, it doesn't return to 0 after the item is removed. There doesn't appear to be a way to get tech support. It's completely useless at this point.

When I put 30lbs on the scale it says 30. I take it off, it goes back to zero, then add 1/2 as much back on it will say 30 again. Obviously not accurate.

Weighed the same thing 10 times 10 different weights knew I was in trouble when one of the buttons was upside down when I took it out of the box

about 70% of the time when I turn this scale on I get an error that reads E25.It got so frustrating that I just wound up smashing the thing. I feel better.
