I've owned a number different organizers and have seen many different kinds through my work as a professional in the medical field.For my purposes, this is the best I've owned in recent years. I'm retired now and beset with a number of my own medical conditions (many of which I had during my working years, including multiple sclerosis for 25 years). My father, too, had his fair share of illnesses -- Parkinson's, strokes, and more. I watched as my mother organized his pills into containers such as you'll find with this MedCenter organizer, except she didn't have the handy-dandy case to use for the week of meds! Instead, each of the plastic cases were secured with rubber bands. Not the way I chose to go!The traveler part, I suppose, is one can take a daily pill organizer out and carry that individually. I find that an insecure way to carry pills unless one uses Mom's rubber band technique -- the lids open too easily without something to hold them closed.I love this as a weekly organizer, keeping all of the daily pill organizers secured in the well-designed case. What really makes this organizer my favorite is the size of the individual "cavities." This is the only organizer that truly fits my daily meds. I recently also purchased the  Ezy Dose Four-a-day Weekly Maxi-pharmadose Medication Organizer  I'd contentedly used a smaller version of that for many years. I was surprised to find that the "cavities" on that organizer were smaller than on the MedCenter -- my morning & bedtime meds overflowed the capacity of those cavities.So, how does my "cavity" capacity need compare to yours? All I can do is give you a rough idea of what goes into my most crammed "cavities": 8 prescription medications, 3 herbal supplement capsules, 1 medium sized fish oil & 1 oversized fish oil of a different type. And I could easily fit more -- I estimate all of that takes up about 3/4 of the "cavity." (Updating amount but leaving original for as many comparisons to your needs as possible: my fullest cavities contain 8 prescription meds of varying sizes, 3 fish oil capsules, 3 oval OTC gel caps just slightly smaller than the fish oil, 1 small OTC pill & 1 oblong herbal capsule. That's 16 pills of varying sizes. And I'd say with the updated amount, it's about 80%-85% full and there's some room for more.)One drawback: the fabric dividers do tend to become bent over time, making it more difficult to insert the daily pill box. I just ordered my second of these, having used the first for a year or two (I've lost track). The first is still fully functional but it's definitely a little more difficult to insert the pill boxes for some days so I decided to go for a new one. (Tip: if that happens to you, pull apart the pill boxes near the one you're trying to insert -- the insertion will be much easier then.)And one word of caution -- be SURE to face the days at each end of the organizer with the lids facing inward! I stuck them in in haste a couple of times with the lids facing outward and, yep, the lids opened & pills spilled out.

Love this organizer. I use it for two weeks of pills. Though it’s made for one week. I only have am and pm pills. It helps for travel to have two weeks handy at arms length. Lasts for years. Would like to occasionally buy a new plastic pill case. Since they don’t last quite as long as the outer case. I have also thrown the outer case in the wash. I like to keep things sharp.

This is exactly the kind of pill organizer I was looking for. Each compartment is very large and will hold a good number of pills and even the largest of sizes. Occasionally, as mentioned in other reviews, a lid may be a little loose but it has not caused me any problems or caused any pills to spill. I particularly like how each day can be removed and when I'm on the go I simply put that day in my purse to have all my doses with me. If I'm traveling overnight or just for the weekend I can also just take the few days that I need. I'm very happy with this case and it will help me remember to take my medications and verify that I have taken them as necessary.

I'm so glad I found this pill organizer /carrier. The size is just right. It is easy to carry on trips. I like the case the pull holders are held in. Whenever this one wears out, I will buy another.

I was looking for a larger pill case and this fits the bill. It is little tricky learning the best way to open/close each container but once you get the nack it is fairly easy. the pill boxes close securely and I've had no problem with pills falling out. Interesting thing when I ordered this I was actually only looking for the case to use with my pill boxes from the 31 day organizer. It was actually cheaper to buy the case with the pill boxes included than it was to just buy the case. Go figure.

I love this thing!what isn't clear in the description is that these are 7 separate organizers, so you can grab just today's and go! one end is red, one green. when you empty it, flip it around so the red side is showing and you'll know it needs a refill. The travel case is compartmentalized into 7 slots for each organizer, so they don't slide around if some are out of the case. The organizers are a little difficult to close, but that shows how tightly sealed they are so they don't pop open

This is a great product. 1) the lids are tight and need a little extra push to open. 2)the pill containers are hard plastic and do not rip or fold in on themselves. 3) the travel case is of good sturdy material and holds all of the containers tight. 4)the individual containers hold a nice amount of larger pills. 5)this system fits really well in a medium sized carry on bag if you are flying. This product will take a lot of abuse before going down. There are three sizes to pick from depending on the size of pills you are taking. I do highly recommend this product.

I love this case. I use the slots to fill it up for 2 weeks so I don't have to do meds as often. I only take mine twice a day though, but it's made for four times day, which is good in case this ever changes. I even decorated mine to make it more me! :D UPDATE: I have now had this case for 4-5 years and it's still holding up well! The letters are faded, but you can still see them, so it doesn't bother me. May take a permanent marker or paint and fix if it ever gets too faded.

Exactly what i was looking for....has the whole day in each sleeve with a color code to used when each day is completed. Just a nice touch .
