Great size and customer service
Mirror arrived with a hairline scratch on the surface. Replaced without issue and the replacement was perfect. Lovely size and looks more expensive than it is.

Nice size
I bought the mirror for my downstairs loo. When I put it up I was disappointed to find a little crack in the top edge of the mirror. It would be more hassle for me having to send it back. Other than that it’s a nice mirror, light and just right for my little room

Looks so expensive
Just bought this for my new bathroom. It's more than half the price of the one I originally ordered from bnq but yet looks just as expensive and I've had so many complaints

It’s not that deep it’s not durable it’s very fragile but it fulfil its purpose does look good and it’s cheap

Decent Size but Terrible Frame and Backing
This mirror is a really decent size but the frame and backing are awful. The circular frame only just about holds the mirror in place and the backing is coloured/ painted cheap chipboard material that's very, very thin. I bought this as a bathroom mirror and I imagine that this cheap backing is going to absorb steam moisture from the bathroom like a sponge! Also, the hanging hook is so filmsy and small and not firmly secured in place at all (fell out when I simply tried to 'open' it for hanging).I have sealed the disappointing backer with clear wood sealant as I had some spare from a DIY project and hopefully this will help the mirror last longer as I do think that backer will just otherwise deteriorate over time if used in a high moisture environment like a bath/ shower room.
