Looks Ingenious - I'll advise.
After reading reviews, I orderd this for indoor potty training. We are getting an 8 week old cholocate lab next weekend and it will be perfect for him and us, I am sure. I will be using it with puppy pads at first. If it works the way I think it will, I plan to order another one for outdoor use, so he gets used to one designated area in the yard. It should work fine outdoors with the "Grass" pad that comes with it. I imagine all we will have to do is empty the tray if it should rain. We'll play it by ear. It should also be easy to wash down with a hose to keep it clean. Also plan on using it with the spray that helps the pup know what it is for. I will amend this after a couple of weeks and let you know how my plan works. Gave it a 5 rating because I am sure it will work just fine from the reviews I have read. Less stress for everyone. Stay tuned. . .UPDATE: 9/5/17 - Works like a charm. Bought the "Potty Here" spray and our 8 week old puppy, Brody, went right to it. Also bought the puppy pads from Amazon and they work great in the station. No smell, liquid turns to a gel, inexpensive and easy to use. Have a small lidded container we turned into a "puppy pad pail" lined with a 13-gallon trash bag and it works fine. After a couple of days, and a few accidents which were to be expected, he now goes in his potty station- no accidents for over a week. Once he has a drink of water, he almost immediately goes to the potty station. We would never be able to get him outside that quickly. We have coupled that with a regular schedule of trips outside and he is doing fine. He gets lots of "good boy" praises and a treat every time he does what he is supposed to and it reinforces the training. He has already learned to "sit" for his treat. Works great! He is crate trained and so when he is in the crate he wines or barks to let us know he needs to go out. 10 weeks old and he is doing great. Brody is a Chocolate Lab and they take to training very well. I will continue using this method until he gets a little older and his bladder is stronger. For now - great set up. Really easy way to house break a puppy. This will work great for next year as well when, God-willing, we will be getting another pup from his mom's second litter. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommend. Will update again later on.

... reading the reviews - I thought this would be good for my 2 4 mo old poms - I ...
I don't normally write reviews - but I had to write this one - After reading the reviews - I thought this would be good for my 2 4 mo old poms - I placed it in the same area of the room that they have been going to the bathroom - all they thought was that it was a toy - so they went to the bathroom everywhere else - they pealed the stickers off the front - I would not recommend this item - especially for the price - it was a lot cheaper to use WEE pads and pillows cases and towels ... since they have gotten bigger - have had to move them to my grooming shop area - now they don't use it at all except to play and lay it it. The design is flimsy - had to glue gun the corners together - the plastic liner does not fit snugly enough to the frame to keep the urine in the tray - if they pee to the side of the tray - if will leak on the floor - I am totally disappointed about the quality - especially for the price - also - I used the URINE attractant - it didn't seem to work.

Good and helps for emergencies, but not worth the money
This is a good idea, but can definitely be improved. It definitely helps since I live on the 32nd floor of an apartment. The walls are a bit shorter than I expected, and the material is cheaper than the photo makes it seem. It is a bit flimsy and does not lock in place. The biggest issue is that the walls do not seal at all on the tray, so if you have a dog that urinates close to the wall or lift its leg, the urine will run along the wall and will leak on the side of the tray and you will get urine on your floors. I would recommend putting training pads underneath the entire potty tray to avoid getting urine on your floors like I got in my carpet. It's pretty cheap material and if I would've known it would be this cheaply made, I could have built something like this on my own and saved 80 bucks. If you're handy, just build something like this rather than spend your money. If this is just temporary or not used every time, this is still a lifesaver.

Useless and too expensive DO NOT BUY!
This is worthless and was a total waste of 90 bucks! It looks cute but it is cheaply made. The rink part falls apart when you pick it up and the base with pad are not really connected well. The pad is cheap and is flat and rubbery so the dogs are not thinking it’s grass. The cute grass on the rink are cheap stickers you put on yourself. I have no idea what I’m going to do with it as I missed my return date. Very disappointed.

Sturdy and looks good in the room
The set up really easily and my puppy knows exactly where she can go potty. Before this, I used plain pee pads, so there was always trickle over the edge of the pad. don't think i will have that problem anymore I like that i can use the washable pad that came with it or I can use throw away pads. This seems to be a great idea for training.

Mat in rink doesn't attract the puppies even with the liquid.
Great idea but pups are not attracted to the mat area even with the attractant liquid. Love the little wall design for puppies that lift their leg to pee. Eventually went to the artificial turf in the rink and it worked much better. Liquid that came with the kit had leaked out and was dry and empty when I received it 😣

It was easy to set up and it cleans easily as well
The Potty Rink has been a life saver! I purchased it after my Maltese was attacked by a coyote. (Luckily it dropped her and she healed from surgery.) She uses it periodically now but I'm hoping by winter she'll use it all the time. It was easy to set up and it cleans easily as well. I'm glad I purchased this product.

This is the BEST indoor potty system!
This is the best system I've seen for indoor potty needs for my puppy. The walls keep the dog inside so there is no mess to clean up on the floor! I'm using potty pads in it as that is what my puppy is used to. The size is perfect too--room to turn around inside. This is a winner! (I replaced the two front labels to personalize it.)
