Foam only, ammo can is NOT included with order. Holds 24 magazines. Foam insert is (closed cell) military grade polyethylene which can be wiped clean. Compact design leaves no wasted space. Manufactured in America by Case Club. This ammo can insert includes 3 pieces. Soft lid foam, denser base foam with cutouts, dense flatpad for the bottom. Meant to fit into M2A1 ammo can.

Superb price for excellent quality and function
I have a wide range of handgun caliber magazines and it holds almost every one, at least for the more common types. If Amazon retains my photo resolution, you will see in the pictures that these holders don't fit longer cartridges or odd sized magazines such as my Desert Eagle 50AE, Thompson 1927A1, or FN FiveSeven mags, but most others fit just fine. Mags in my photos are all unloaded so I can not speak to fitment of loaded mags. Also, I do not place these in ammo cans, they just sit atop one of my gun lockers. A last recommendation, do not stack more than 2 high (again refer to photos) because the weight of heavier magazines can start to crush the foam over time which can cause sagging. Otherwise, these things are firm and will hold up fine. These are simply awesome!

Perfect product. Very Pleased.
Perfect! The foam cutouts come inside the block and they push right out. If you have mags that are too short to sit proud of the top of the foam then make some measurements and trim the blocks you pushed out of the holes to the correct length for having the magazine baseplate right where you want them. AS an FYI: Magpul GL9 21-rd mags need no trimmed blocks under them - they fit perfectly in the ammo can. I then trimmed blocks to elevate 15 & 17-rd Glock mags for right where I wanted.

Protects my mags and keeps them where I cant lose them
If you are at all like me, generally your range bag is a disheveled mess. On match days I lose mags at least 3-4 times (it ends up in the bottom of my range cart under something) I shoot Production in USPSA so I have a lot of mags, as in I may get another one of these to outfit a second ammo can amount of mags. After I shoot a stage I try to keep track of my mags when reloading them for the next stage, but I always manage to lose one or more every time. Sure I find them but it takes 5 minutes of digging through the range cart to do so. Well not anymore. Now I keep them stashed in an ammo can with this divider and I don't have that issue. I also live in a very humid climate where guns and mags like to rust quickly...since ammo cans have a waterproof seal on them, I toss in a desiccant pack when I put the mags away and it keeps them rust free. The foam is also pre cut for either single or double stack mags to make it easy for you. Great product!

Very Functional and Adaptable; Good Value for the Cost
This works very well. I put it in an MTM 50 cal ammo can. These are larger than the military 50 cal metal cans. The insert is sized for the metal cans so in the MTM there is room on one side and either the front or the back. The MTM case is also smooth bottom which works well. The foam inserts are assembled in 1" sections so you can easily trim the insert to any desired length to accommodate shorter magazines. Also shipped with it is a base foam layer and a cover foam layer. The base is good. It keeps the lips of the mags from rubbing on the bottom of the case.In this way I was able to fit in 7 Glock 30, 10 rd. mags, 6 Glock 27, 10 rd. mags (made from 9 rd mags each with a 1 rd. Pearce Grip extension) one Glock 27, 9 rd. mag. with the factory original flat mag base plate, and 6 Glock 23, 10 rd. mags. That left four open slots. In these I doubled up mags for a Walther PPK, both 6 and 7 rd., some with flat base and some with finger grip extensions, two in each slot, for a total of eight. Along the sides next to the foam insert and using some of the inserts to make up small divided compartments I was able to put two more Walther PPk mags, 8 Ruger Mini-14, 10 rd. mags, 2 Ruger Mini-14, 5 rd. mags., 3 FN Five Seven mags, a 45/40 cal Lula Loader, a Lula Loader for .223/5.56 mags and a Strip Lula for the Mini-14 mags. There was still a bit or room left to put in other odds and ends as needed. This is a very convenient set up - all mags in one place with the loaders and misc small odds and ends in one convenient package.

Far Surpassed Expectations
I ordered one of these for my pistol magazines. I was curious, and I figured I’d check it out since it was only $12 or so. What I expected was a clunky piece of foam that would probably be difficult to work with. Again, it’s only $12...What I actually received far exceeded expectations. You get a soft foam pad to lie on the bottom of the can (wasn’t expecting this). You get the foam block itself. The individual pockets for each mag are precut and customizable, so you can easily accommodate both single stack and double stack magazines. There are two separate inserts for each magazine position, so you can make it as snug as you need. You also get an “egg crate” like piece of foam to put on top of the magazines to add extra cushion security. It isn’t top of the line, but it is an absolute bargain for the price. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Cut outs for both large & small sized Magazines
I had purchased a similar item from a different vendor and wanted another set. When I saw this I purchased without noticing in the description any thing about accommodating both double stack larger caliber and single stack smaller caliber magazines. I like it. The nicer range I shoot at charges by the hour. I like to show up prepared to shoot. [not spend half my time re-loading] 24 - 17 round magazines does the trick. You do need to supply your own 50 cal ammo box, magazines and ammo. All you get is the foam. 1 - 1" piece that fits in the bottom. A pre-cutout with the pieces still in the holes, about 4" thick. And a 3rd egg crate piece about 3/4" thick to top off the stack. I like this set better than my other one. I'd like to see a set for my AR mags.

Great product!
This product is great. It has precut magazine slots. Each slot has 2 parts, remove one for a smaller mag or both for a bigger mag. I had some shorter magazines that when loaded pulled down into the slot. I simply cut off some of the insert I removed and put it in the bottom. A PMR-30 mag fits snugly but putting a small piece of the foam back in the slot allowing for it to stick out a bit allows room to grab the mag to pull it out. I plan to buy another one when I get more mags.
