Works like a charm

This 9P wheel is not quite as hard as a silicon carbide wheel but still packs a punch. It has bite to it.It will definitely remove material, and sparks will fly when using this, so if you're looking for a simple deburring or buffing wheel that won't remove lots of material, try the 5P hardness instead.However, because it's not quite as hard as a typical silicon carbide grinding wheel, it can make for a good sharpening or honing wheel, or to knock down incredibly stubborn rust, or exceptionally raised burrs without drastically changing the shape of the material.It's a good middle-ground between a silicon carbide wheel and a scotchbrite-style deburring wheel.

This is a good medium range buffer/polishing pad for your bench grinder at home. Does a great job polishing, blending scratches, and even cleaning up metal parts.

The other brand that starts with a "3" is getting way out of line on price. I found this deburring wheel and thought I would give it a try. It's half the price and does a really good job. I use it to deburr threads on other sharp surfaces on stainless steel parts.

I have an old bench grinder that has a 1/2 inch arbor hole. So this wheel will work great. These are great products for deburring and cleaning up metals. Great seller and fast shipping.

Best thing I can remember ever using for cleaning up metal's and I have been making knives for years and after forging they are going to be a great time saver for cleaning up the tool marks and any of the grinding cleanup I have to do that i have just got done with one that I would usually spend 30 minutes doing a preliminary polishing on, I was maybe 5 minutes and this is the most forgiving and user friendly wheel I've ever put on my bench grinder. And just about as safe and I had no grabs to be concerned about no matter what angle or even if you want to go to the edge of something that you normally do cautiously or not at all that is going to have you sending projects across the shop. Love it.

I use this on a cheap bench grinder for vintage golf club repair and it cuts out scratches and dinks in no time without greatly heating up the metal. Seems to be wearing well and wkll last.
