I had to take some of the stuffing out but that’s what the idescription says. The little zipper on edge of the pillow was great to pull the stuffing out.

This is EXACTLY what I wanted = a pillow that allows me to remove some stuffing so it fits my head and neck! Most ear pillows are just heavy foam. I need a pillow that protects my ear but is soft enough that I can use it on top my regular pillow. THIS WORKS FOR ME! Got it yesterday, pulled out the soft fiber stuffing until the pillow was the height and softness I needed. (Saved the removed stuffing and I will make another pillow.) The cotton is excellent = white, soft, and quality. Even came with a very nice pillow case.The only minus: the zippered section that allows one to remove stuffing is VERY narrow; took awhile and was hard on my hands; recommend a wider zipper. BOTTOM LINE: A PERFECT PILLOW. This is the first day I awoke with NO ear pain!! THANK YOU~!

Unfortunately this pillow can barely be used as a pillow because the ring of foam inside is too stiff. It genuinely feels like you are laying with your head on a rock with a hole in it. Very disappointed.

I had a spot removed from the outer edge of my ear. It seems sensitive to sleep on. So I purchased the piercing pillow for side sleepers. It came well packaged, and I was impressed with the pillow case. I usually sleep with a down pillow. This pillow is rather hard, but it definitely helps when my ear is sensitive!

This pillow is way too small, the hole is too small, and even when I took out a bunch of stuffing so it would not be so hard, it did not work for my ears. The whole pillow is awkward, and the hole should be bigger and located more to one side, not the center.. It was too expensive for the product and waste of money for me.
