Only worked for a matter of months
I liked the camera when it was working but it only worked for 4 months, then kept saying card error, despite only putting new memory cards in, formatted the cards, changed the batteries, but to no avail… sadly can’t send back due to time scale :-(

Camouflage.
Nice camouflage cameraExcellent night vision..Lost star as it takes 8AA batteries plus a SDCard..Battery pack would work out cheaper and economical..

It watches over your garden waiting for something to move ... then it strikes... well, it records
With living where live there’s lots of wildlife roaming around, from sheep to dogs, even deer, cows and frogs. There’s even creatures which you wouldn’t expect to see as they try and avoid people. I’ve caught such creatures on a ‘ring’ doorbell which are pretty good, but when I got the chance to use this I jumped at it.It's a nice size, about 130mm by 90mm by 65mm and is pretty lightweight. It was pretty simple to set up, just open the body up by unclipping the catches on the right side. On the right there’s the battery compartment accessed by pulling on the little piece of string near the top. You then slot in the eight (yes-8 AA batteries) and click the covering back in place. On the left side is the camera controls itself, with a small, yet remarkably visible screen (2 inch). Near the base there’s a slot for a Micro-sd card which you will need, (up to 128GB)There’s a little switch just to the right of the micro-sd card slot. This slides one place to the left for ‘set up’ mode and twice to the left for ‘On’In ‘set up’ mode you use the curser keys and the buttons to scroll through the settings. Setting such as picking a duration for the camera to record once the sensors have been set off. The instruction booklet give a good enough guide to help you set this up but the instructions on the screen as easy enough to understand.Once it’s set you then slide the switch to the left one more time and it’s activated. The screen will go off after 5 seconds but it’s still working. Then close the box up and clip the side shut … and you’re ready to go.It comes with 2 methods to attach this in place, a bracket which screws to a wall, or fence, or even a tree. Then there’s the strap which goes through the gaps in the rear of the camera and straps around a tree of post. I’ve got mine on the drainpipe as that seem to be the best place to cover most of the garden. Then you just leave it in place until you want to check out what it’s caught.Watching the footage is easier on a PC and transferring the data is a simple matter of either using the lead supplied in the box or by taking the micro-sd card out and slotting that into the PC. I prefer the latter as there’s less lagging. But both ways are good. There are three sensors on the front of the camera which pick up anything which moves in front of them. The footage itself is crystal clear, recording for 25 seconds each time the sensors on the front at activated. As the camera only switches on when it senses movement the batteries can last a while, although this depends on the batteries and how many times the sensors are activated. The camouflage colouring isn’t the best when it comes to hiding it in the garden, but it does mingle in with some of the background out there. It offers up to 20MP pictures and 1296/H.264 videos, although these can all be changed in the settings. When the sensors are activated the camera kicking in in less than a second, so it catches most things which run across its view.Even in complete darkness the footage is remarkably clear. Clear enough to see what’s strolling through my back garden whilst I sleep upstairs. At present, using this for 2 nights, I’ve captures several hedgehogs, so many birds as dawn breaks. A few cats and a couple of minks, (which was nice). I’m hoping big foot appears … but I’m not holding my breath. In all, a fantastic little camera to catch the wildlife you’d never normally see wandering around you garden. Well worth buying.

The advert description is totally wrong
The details given in this product are seriously wrong. The booklet states that it will support a128gig. Memory card. It will not! It also suffers aa memory ç to use, with a photo of it. bought both these items and they are both incompatible with the camera.
