LED Plant Grow Light for Indoor Plants, Kitclan 9W Compact Clip-on Grow Light with Full Spectrum 7 LEDs, 360 Degree Adjustable Grow Light for Indoor Veggies and Herbs

I really loved this light - no irritating pink bulbs, and my plants finally got thru the winter in my dark home. But as I was bringing in my plants this weekend for the winter, one of the lights I purchased just would not work. As it is under a year old, I was more than a little irritated, and decided to investigate. Once I unscrewed the bulb, it seems it overheated and burned the connection to its board.Not really what I expected for a light that is exactly 1 year and 1 day old.

I ordered this for my college dorm because I wanted to grow my little basil seeds even though I don't have access to direct sunlight. Boy, does this light work extremely well! I was doing some research on a lot of different lights, and most of them had this weird purple/pink light, and I didn't really want a bright purple light in my room, especially having a roommate. This emits a warm, natural light, as if you had somehow managed to fit a tiny sun into your room. The clip works really well, too, and it opens really wide. I haven't had any problems with this light at all. I planted my seeds about two weeks ago, they sprouted one week ago, and this week they're all about 2" high! I also leave the light on for 8-12 hours a day, and it doesn't get too hot or turn off. There's no doubt that this light works, and I'm so happy with this purchase.

I originally bought one and then went back for another when I realized my ten gallon vivarium wasn't getting quite enough light. Mind, I have a small money tree in the corner that shades almost half the tank, so that's probably why I needed two. These lights have my plants growing and healthy and don't bathe my vivarium and apartment in obnoxious pink colors, and I love being able to just clip them right where I need them.

This is fairly cheaply made- literally a bulb that is crudely spliced to a power cord and loosely housed in an aluminum tube. The pads on the clip are not attached, and fall off every time I want to move the light to a new location. However, it does perform it's job exactly as intended. Considering how difficult it was to find a full spectrum grow light that doesn't give off the off-putting purple glow, I would recommend. I suspect this is just a standard LED bulb, but my plants seem to enjoy it regardless. I just hope this doesn't cause my house to burn down from shoddy wiring.Overall, would recommend, but understand that this is not a high quality lamp (and pretty sure not UL tested).

After mounting this light in the terrarium that I am growing pepper plants, the leaves really deepened in color looking very healthy and growing much better.

Nice indoor plant lights. My house plants aren't doing too well this winter so I purchased 4 of these lights. My plants are looking healthier after 6 weeks of use. Highly recommend.

So far this light has been keeping my pineapple plant alive through the winter. It has excellent heat dissipation. You can hold it in your hand after it has been on overnight.
