Who can really tell if this works..... I sure couldn't. Anyone who makes a really awesome supplement wouldn't put stearates in it. Shame on you guys. I'm holding your feet to the fire on this one.

I started taking Vitamin K2 and Nattokinase on 1/25. Within 3 days I was able to take only half my blood pressure medicines and within a week I am off of both of them! My blood pressure hasn’t been this good in 25 years, even on meds.

NOW® Nattokinase, 100 mg, 120 Veg CapsI have been taking this product now for about two months. I take it 3x a day with 80,000 fus of serrapeptase. It has definitely helped to reduce my blood pressure. I was taking 5 mgs of bisoprolol in the evening and 5 mgs of amlodipine in the morning. I now take 2.5 mgs of each and have been known to miss doses of my daily blood pressure medication for days without it causing hypertension.My goal is to eat more of an anti-inflammatory diet and to lose some weight, because I'd like to stop taking the blood pressure medication all together and just rely on the nattokinase for blood pressure and lipids. I go in for lab work next week, so I'll know if it has made a difference in my lipid values as well. I'll update the post when those results come back.

Capsules are small but effective. I like the size because most supplements were designed for horses I think! Again I gave high marks for flavor but the capsule is flavorless which is fine with me. I have been using this product for several years as a blood thinner for a-fib as I did not want to take "rat poison." Not prescribing this as you need doctor's guidance on these matters, but a recent pro-time was well within the zone for supplements or prescriptions aimed at preventing stroke, etc., from a-fib, and my doctor is always amazed I'm still kicking!.

My legs ache every night when I was in bed. Since using this I have not had any leg aches. Sleeping so much better

I had an allergic reaction, which is listed as a potential side effect on various medical websites so just be aware that anaphylaxis can occur up to 12 hours after ingestion in sensitive individuals. I was sad it didn't work out for me because there is some good research that was encouraging about this product

My family has been using this product for a long time and it does exactly what it says it's supposed to. It keeps your arteries clean. It's also being tested as a possible supplement to help people not develop alzheimers and to improve people who already have it, by reducing the beta-amylase in their brains. My Dad takes it to keep his arteries clean. My cousin was told by a doctor that she needed a stent because she had a blockage so bad, and my parents suggested she take Nattokinase for a month before having the procedure. She did, and went and got checked, and the blockage was gone and she didn't need a stent any longer. Nattokinase is a mild blood thinner, so if you already take blood thinners you definitely should talk to your doctor before taking it. This product says you can take it daily, but my Dad said when he did that he bruised a lot more easily. He cut it back to one pill every other day. I don't have any blockages that I know of, I take this in the hope that I won't develop any.

I don't know if this supplement is responsible, however, my high blood pressure medicine has been cut in half. In fact, my blood pressure is too low. I have been on supplements before for blood pressure. This is the only one that seems to work!
