I bought this after a shoulder injury as I needed to sleep propped up for a while. I absolutely love it and now keep it next to the bed to use when reading in bed. I also use it upright on the sofa for sitting sideways with my feet up as it gives a lot more support then the sofa arm.It is easy to change the angle by just flipping the bottom triangle from one side to the other, although the velcro strip holding it in place is only there on the wide configuration. I think you only really need the velcro when carrying it though, as the triangle is attached in the middle of the wedge, so it can't go anywhere during use.The plushy fabric feels nice and also provides enough friction that pillows stay in place on top of it. The wedge is nice and firm, with just enough give to make it comfortable.

I bought this following abdominal surgery, had to sleep on back and elevated. Tried stack of pillows but too squishy.This dense cushion did provide support and I was able to get a little sleep, not much as normally a side sleeper.I think that my bed is a bit too soft, probably better with firmer bed, I tended to move down more than I wanted. My tea shirt riding up as the cover is a velour sort of fabric and clothing sticks more to it. I was glad I had it for several days, but now able to do without. Not sure where to store it now, it’s quite bulky. No need for the other uses at present so can’t comment on its permutations. Probably useful for sitting up in bed watching tv or reading, but I doubt I will use it. Be good to shrink it back down for storage, don’t know if that’s feasible.

This is so comfortable helps me get up and down out of bed the velvety part keeps me on my back and stops me from wanting to roll onto my side as well as having a very big cushion to stop me rolling . I have had hip replacement and you have to lay on your back for 8 weeks this was a huge help.

It ia a nice comfortable cushion and does ease pains in lower back, I would have liked it to have had a higher back or neck support, but I use a pillow to help. it's light enough to handle and also great for supporting knees/legs.

So glad I bought this. I have EDS. It gives me firm support without being hard - perfect angles for sitting up in bed and also to lie with an incline to aid digestion issues.The fact that the separate pieces are adjustable and yet firmly connected to the main piece gives added stability which I would not have thought of, but works well.

After my recent surgery I needed propping up in bed for dressing changes and sleeping ,this if fantastic supportive easy to move via the handle ,comfortable, I cannot recommend this enough it will last for years cover comes off for washing ,prompt delivery ,dont hesitate you will not be disappointed.

Bought when fractured my neck was very handy to keep me elevated

Bought mainly to support my back whilst sitting up in bed but also use the low recline position and is so comfy I often end up falling asleep in this position. The foam is nice and firm to retain its shape after long hours of pressure which makes it really comfortable to sit up in bed without back/neck ache complaints. And the outer sleeve is luxuriously soft to the touch. Grey colour means it won’t stain as easily. Thumbs up!
