The human riff delivers on a cool 2nd outing
I've seen Keith awaken from a comatose state as soon as he hits the strings of a guitar. This 2nd album is perhaps not quite as strong as 'Talk Is Cheap' but still has enough to entertain and hold your attention. Waiting for a new Stones album.

Excellent Rerelease with Bonus Concert
This rerelease of Main Offender is a welcome addition to Keith’s catalog. Steve Jordan did a tremendous job on the remaster, and the songs sound fresh and full of life. This solo release, like Talk Is Cheap from 1988, out-do the Stones releases from the same era.Keith’s Xpensive Winos are a tight, funky and rocking group. Waddy Wachtel’s power leads, Steve Jordan’s propulsive drumming, Ivan Neville’s funky keyboards are all brought together with the full palate of Keith’s riffs. Stellar across the board! This rerelease also includes the bonus disc, Live In London. Special treats on this disc include three of Keith’s Stones highlights played with the Winos: Gimme Shelter, Before They Make Me Run and Happy. Overall this concert is an absolute treasure.Pick up this set and enjoy one of the best bands to ever take the rock & roll stage.

Nice package and sound
This 2 CD special edition includes a 1992 show performed in London. Three of the songs have been previously released on singles. This is the first time that the entire show has been released. The band is a little ragged at first but the band soon locks in and delivers a fiery performance. The CDs are housed in a “media book” that is like a little hardcover book with a stitched in booklet and sleeves for the CDs. The CDs are solid black “vinyl” style. All together it’s a neat little package.

THRILLED to find this album on Vinyl!
I've always liked this album, but Vinyl was in it's death throes when this album was released. The album itself is a pleasant deep red color & the sound is PERFECT! I have many reissued vinyl albums and the sound engineers absolutely destroyed the sound on many of them by trying to make the sound more modern, with an emphasis on bass. That is not what was done to this record, thankfully. The sound is full, pleasant & rich and there's no harshness to be heard nor added distortion. For reference I have a Yamaha power amplifier going into 4 OLD Klipsch towers (2 Chorus, 2 KG 5.5) to give an idea of the sound system I formed this opinion on.

Keef at his best
Hard to find and out of print CD finally gets it’s due. Remastered to perfection and a great live release

Mediocre album, but the remaster makes it better
This is a mediocre album compared to 'Talk Is Cheap', but the remaster breathes a little more life into the mediocre songs. "Wicked As It Seems" is great off this album, and "Eileen" is above average. The rest is just so so.

Excelente álbum do Keith Richards

Beautiful packaging. Great product.
The only disappointment was Amazon's shonky packaging that allows a heavy item to slide around and get some damage. But I was given a small credit back because of that so that was good. The music is great as you'd expect. A very solid and well put together deluxe edition. All the bells and whistles you'd want with this kind of thing.

ライブは星5つ。
ライブは演奏もグルーブもサイコーで、還暦間近のオヤジには尺も丁度良い加減です。スタジオでは②⑤⑦のテンポとグルーブにハマリました。いいですなあ。
