Got a 2 pack, use 1 at work, went to use 2nd and its cracked. FYI everyone look over the items asap.

Just don’t over fill with water and it works perfect!

Not sure why but after about 2 weeks of use the outer container cracks and make it useless. Had it replaced once just have the second set breakdown just outside the return window (which was the original return date, not extended with the replacement container)Good concept if it can be made to last.

I was a little leery after reading reviews of HyperChillers cracking when used with hot liquid, but decided to still give them a try. I kept one for myself and gifted one to my sister and we both LOVE them. No cracking so far, even when used with fresh coffee. Also really love them for a quick chill of rose or white wines when I want a glass but didn't think ahead to put it in the fridge.They are a bit bulkier than I expected, so if your freezer space is already at a premium, it might not be the kitchen gadget for you, but otherwise highly recommend!!

The concept of this product is amazing. While it was still functioning it worked as it was supposed to. I've made two purchases within a year, hoping the first cracked chiller was a fluke. Unfortunately it happened again. I made sure to fill exactly to the fill line every time. I think this product would last longer and become fail proof IF there wasn't water between the outter shell and the first stainless steel recptical. There needs to be a 3rd stainless steel insert that holds water.Hopefully a modification comes out sometime soon. I really love this product and love that it makes a great gift. Just sucks it doesn't last.

This worked perfect. I was tired of my teenagers leaving cups of coffee in the fridge to cool so I ordered this. Works in 60 seconds. Great value. One for home and gifted the other. Would definitely recommend.

bought to replace my previous one that cracked, and this one cracked on second use. Contacted Hyper Chiller, and they will only replace broken parts if it’s under a 1 yr warranty. Gave me the runaround, stating I needed to give them a copy of the invoice, and after giving them said invoice they told me to send them a copy of the invoice. Do not recommend this product or their customer service.

We have had a Hyper Chiller before that lasted for years and never broke like this. Both of these chillers broke in the first month of having them!
