I am on my third bottle and I notice I don't seem to be needing quite as much this time. My bloating has gone down quite a lot and I feel overall better.

I tried this as a replacement for Holigos. But! nothing can replace Holigos Its the best! And it is the most soothing of all my stomach supplements too, Gastrocell and Holigos are my basic stomach soothing routine although my acupuncturist pointed out Gastrocell has added ingredients. So I went back to Amazon and searched around and it turns out you can buy a bottle of pure johnsonii bacteria which is the active ingredient in Gastrocell. But I haven't incorporated it into my routine yet. I'm working on it. These other human milk polysaccharides just are nowhere near as good as Holigos!
