There is nothing to dislike about this product, it is easy to use and quickly absorbed, and yes for me the soothing effect was almost immediate! The price is sensible and I have ordered another tube.

Pernaton Green Lipped Mussel Gel Forte for Muscle Massage, 125ml. Warming.I have osteoarthritis and take codeine(when at work) as well as using the blue voltarol gel.I have recently started taking green lipped mussel capsules and have found them to help a little to reduce the stiffness in the joints.I have now been using the pernaton warming gel and I am pleased with it.It is easily applied to the affected area( wash your hands after and if applied to your fingers or wrist DO NOT TOUCH ANYWHERE SENSITIVE, eyes, mouth or nether regions as it contains cayenne pepper as a warming agent. It has a mild yet pleasant smell which fades in a few minutes and gives a slight warmth to the affected area. After a few applications I have found that the joints have reduced stiffness and have reduced sharp pain helping with mobility outside of work and thus without codeine.I will be now reducing the use of the strong version of voltarol and use Pernaton gel more.I have tried many different things to help with joint pain and none are a cure all but in combination can help sufficiently to allow increased mobility. Glucosamine and it’s partners, hyaluronic acid and green lipped mussel extract allow me to get through each day doing the tasks required.Well worth a try.

I normally use deep heat but find the aroma overwelming especially if you use it for cramp in you're legs in the middle of the night and then get back into bed so i was reluctant to buy DH again so when i found this on here i honestly didn't hold much faith in it but omg am i amazed yes it does have a aroma a peppermint smell but not overpowering i could sneek back into bed after applying and partner would comtinue sleeping so thats a plus straight off ,but the overwelming postive for this product is that the heat warming propeties last hours unlike deep heat for a hour or so and if you applied too much of it you felt you're skin was on fire, this pernation product easily lasts 4 to 5 hours with a constant warming pleasant comfort heat, i will definitely only buy this product now it lasts ages only a small amount needed. Recommended so much i bought another.

Not suitable it burns and so dont want to use anymore. Its strong smell takes away from any benefit of why it was bought. Not good for me at all

Smelly for first few minutes, wash hands well after use. Good for muscles, proven to be more effective than glucosamine

Arrived on time. Work great! Friend in the UK told me about the product. I had used a differant product, that stopped working after an injury.

I have tried every Rub on the market for RA and this one is for sure the best.The smell is quite pleasant too andI will be buying more.It does ease the pain.
