Definitely not the "weight" of your driver
The feedback is useful. The on-line training videos are helpful. I have noticed a slight improvement in swing speed and "timing at impact." It would be great if they made a version that was actually the weight of a full size driver. It would improve overall feel and timing (my Cobra driver is new last year and at least 2X the weight of this product. Overall cost is a bit high for what you actually get but could be a value long term.

Smooth Training Device
This I'd a great device for grooving your swings tempo and timing. Also excellent for establishing when and where you are maximizing your swing release.

Not Durable AT ALL
I used this product for less than two weeks. I probably swung it 200 times in those two weeks and this is what it looks like today. The ball does not appear to be designed for regular or prolonged use. As is, this product is not worth it.
