There are four parts about this Multifunctional Tool: 1.The main part is the axe,which is crafted very well and it's smaller and portable, widens at the end and is truly the real deal. When storing, please make sure the axe cut through silicone cover over the blade because the axe is always going to be open and up. 2.The second part of the obvious multi tool is the hammer.The head of the hammer is slightly bigger than a nickel, and that is a decent size. The hammer head itself is about 3/4 inches wide,but in-between the back of the hammer head, and the back of the blade where the two meet when closed, there are tools in there too. When closed and latched you will see an oval shaped hole in-between the two. When the unit is opened, this can act as a wrench. It works especially well on bolts. Above the oval, where the two pieces meet, this is also ridged, and can act as a vice or pliers. 3.Below the oval, the tool doubles as a wire stripper or cutter.Inside the hammer are 5 separate tools. Each one, with the exception of the blade has at least two functions.The first part is a saw, file and a flat head screw driver.The second item has at lease 4 functions. The very top is beveled in to make another flat head screw driver,.In the middle is a tapered hole, that appears to fit different sized hex nuts or bolts. Then there is the bottle opener. 4.The fourth item appears to have two functions. It is another saw, except the blades on this one will go much deeper. This is the one you want to use if you need to cut something heavy duty. Not just for hiking and weekend getaways, this is real tool and it shows. On the tip of this saw there is a notch cut out, and one side is pointed while the other side is rounded.
