Got two bags for my kids, within 6 months of usage both bags stitching came off at the bottom and the shoulder buckle areas. Making them un-useable. Don't recommend these bags, not worth the price.

Unfortunately, this time, the bag is practically ripped off at the bottom within 10 days of use. This is at the bottom of the main/laptop portion. I have written to the seller and hoping for a positive response/replacement, because the last bag i bought from them lasted well.
