After previously purchasing a folding pizza peel, I was gun shy to buy another folder type. This thing is a beast and handles my pizza with the greatest of ease. Easily maneuver the pizza from the oven to the house without it landing on the porch face down. Cleans up quick and back to hanging on the wall waiting for its next pizza. Great buy.

High quality and easy to clean. It is also taken apart easily for cleaning and storage if needed. The holes help reduce flower from making it into the oven.

Easy to launch pizza. Perforations allow flour or semolina a way to escape prior to ending up on the pizza stone then burning and adding an unwanted taste. I have had several wood peels and the launch and retrieve the pizza as designed, but they also deliver everything else that is on the bottom side of the pizza.You have put in the efforts to make a wonderful tasting creation. This is the unsung hero of pizza night.

I make my dough with 76% water toflour, too damp for the perforated peel, and it gets stuck, I now use it strictly for removing pizzas once cooked
