It is working fine when I used.Received it on time.Reasonable price compare to other branded.Recommended for light used only.Need to be careful to use as it might burn your hands. I used only rarely, need to observe still if it will long last.Very short cord so limited your movement unless you had your own extension. Very fast to finish water, I completed only two long sleeve shirts of my husband and little bit start on 3rd. I used while hanging the shirt never check lying down the dress as I'm worried it will spill and burn my hand.I cannot recommend to use for pants. The longer using of it at same time, it will be so hot to hold it specially if using the steamer.

Its very good but....
I really like the product, but mine get damage after 3 uses. Is there any chance of fixing it or warranty? Cos i didnt find any in the box, its just 1 month, i rarely use it only for my suit. Pls help

Good but fragile
I bought this and was very happy with it. I used it all the time, it's light, easy to use and of course pink. Then I dropped it and it broke. It fell from the dresser to floor and the suction tube broke. I didn't expect that. Anyways, I do recommend but be very careful not to drop it. Now I will order a more durable one.
