To answer this question up-front: this is NOT an insulated bottle.While it comes with an insulated sleeve (incl. a carrying strap), it is single-walled and not particularly suitable to keep hot beverages hot for a longer time.However, since this is not what I was after, I ordered one.For me, the key selling points were the cool looking design and the good size of 1050 ml.(I have a 700 ml insulated stainless steel bottle, and on some occasions I have found it to be ever so slightly too small on longer hikes.)The price tag is steep, but I decided to treat myself to it.I thought the metal would be as thin as some of the single walled titanium camping cups you can buy.However, this was not the case.This bottle is made of very thick and sturdy titanium.The lid is very solid and heavy with a silicone seal.I absolutely love this bottle, and it was worth every penny.

Company couldn’t tell me anything about the the remainder percentage of this bottle and if that’s lead or not. Avoid potentially toxic product.

Die Flasche ist hervorragend verarbeitet.Die Wandstärke ist ausreichend.Der Deckel schließt absolut dicht.Preis Leistung passt!

- Flasche und Deckel, innen wie auszen, grundsolide verarbeitet- Schraubgeräusch natürlich metallisch- Flasche dicht, allerdings muss man sie unangestrengt fest zudrehen- Dichtungsring im Deckel sitz fest (was hoffentlich auch so bleibt)- Es bilden sich bei (bis eben nur Wasser!-)Benutzung auszen sichtbare Flecken, die als Patina betrachtet mich aber nicht weiter stören- Auf meiner alten Briefwage wiegt Flasche mit Deckel knapp 250 Gramm; das der Deckel dabei allein etwa 58 Gramm auf die Waage bringt lässt mich vermuten: Deckel könnte nicht aus Titan, könnte vielleicht aus Edelstahl sein(?)- FAZIT: Produkt ist empfehlenswert!

Fährt täglich in der Fahrertür verstaut, mit Pfirsichtee oder Marokkanische Minze gefüllt, mit. Perfektioniert mit dem Camelbak Chute Mag Deckel der kleckerfreies und schnelles Öffnen ermöglicht.

Hatte sie schon ein paar Mal beim Wandern dabei. Sie war dicht, auch wenn sie mal ein wenig schief im Rucksack stand. Außer dass der Deckel beim Öffnen und Verschließen quietscht, gibt es nichts zu Meckern. :-)
