This is a one size item and when I tightened it it didnt really stay in where I want it to be and this does not support back much. I had to return and buy another product from amazon which I am happy with

It definitely straightens your back, but only to a certain degree, but its close enough to a perfect posture once you raise your head up! Its concealed under a tshirt too

My physio wasn’t keen I use it but it was a game changer. Highly recommend it to anyone with back issues caused by posture.

La mia impressione è che la manifattura sia buona, dovrebbe tenere in tensione la schiena e raddrizzarla? Nel mio caso non mi pare che sia questo granché.Ho provato a tirare gli elastici al massimo ma mi sento segnare troppo il collo e le ascelle.La testero per altri 2 giorni, in caso non sentissi benefici la restituisco.

Habe den gurthalter behalten weil ich sehr starke Probleme mit Schulter und Nacken habe,aber so richtig sein zweck dient er nicht,man hat nur an den Schulter mehr Stabilitât ansonsten wird der hintere Brust und Nacken datur nicht stabilisiert man beugt trotzdem nach vorne schade
