Literally THE best customer service
Another update: The replacement piece they sent worked but caused another problem so they are resending me another different piece to try. Every single time I reach out to this company they are helpful and make it right immediately. If my hula hoop ever completely quits on me I will be purchasing from them again. Thank you!!Update: I found an old email and reached out to the company. They are already sending me a replacement for my broken part. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service.I love this hula hoop. I use it frequently. It has had a few broken pieces. The first time it was the connector piece that broke. I was able to reach the company and they sent me a replacement! Perfect! Then a few months later the wheel broke on the weighted ball. Now I cannot figure out how to contact the company to see if they will send a replacement. Please help! I want to fix my hula hoop!

This is a joke.
The weight only goes around the track smoothly if the track is in a PERFECT. CIRCLE. My body isn’t a perfectly round cylinder, like most people I’m like oval shaped. And because of that the weight won’t spin. I can get one spin and a half of another one and that’s it. I have no idea how anybody with a body not shaped like an Ancient Greek pillar is supposed to use this. Also if it did spin, it doesn’t seem sturdy at all. I’m pretty sure if I was able to really get it going the ball would fly off and with it being weighted plus speed, it would do damage. I don’t know how in the hell anyone else can use these, from any store or any brand. I’m sure they’re all the same with this same issue. I was really looking forward to this too.

I like it, I don’t love it!
I bought a more fiscally responsible version to see of I like it (I can’t hula hoop to save my life 😂).Finding your rhythm is the key! I place the hoop at my waist (watch your elbows), I stand with my feet apart (1 foot slightly in front & the other slightly in back, left in front if spinning to the right & vise versa). Personally, I like to spin against the over link, catches less. I pump my chest, engaging my core to keep spinning. Watch a couple of YouTube videos. Once I found my rhythm, I can burn 10 calories a minute 🔥.Now, it did frustrate me for a couple of days, despite having the hang of it, about a month in it began to catch A LOT 😤. I oiled the wheels & it was back to spinning. 🤗I would recommend this, I like burning a few more calories a day outside of my regular workout. Almost forgot it is a little noisy but that doesn’t bother me.

Happy Hooper
Only had it a week but it is fun to do and really easy to get the hang of it.Can’t say it’s miracle slimmer ( only had a week )but I can say it’s helping me be more active and not so sedentary . Can be a tad noisy but my fur babies got use to it pretty quickly. Now I’m dodging the kitties because they wanna catch the weight that dangles and goes round and round. Which makes it more of a workout in my opinion. It’s fun and I can see the potential for a reduction in my waist . Time will tell !Love that you can add or remove links to adjust to different waist sizes too.Get ya one and enjoy the fun ! Happy Hooping 😉

It’s good
I saw so many people talking about this on social media and I have struggled with weight for a while, this is a good start for bigger people and it’s fun and good exercise for all body sizes :) I will say it can be a little bit uncomfortable and you have to get used to the rhythm or else the weight that swings around gets stuck and you could possibly get hurt. You also have to have it on a certain tightness around your waist or upper midsection so it won’t get stuck and it does make a lot of noise. But other than that, it assembles easily, you can adjust it however it may fit you, and once you get used to it it’s pretty easy. Just take your time and do what you can do physically and it’s a good start 👍

Easy to use
My friend bought one recently and was over the top happy with it. I decided to try one myself. It is not the traditional hula hoop! It takes a minute to get use to but once you get the hang of it you can really feel it working your core muscles. Definitely recommend it for those who don't like to go to the gym. I am 53 years old and never imagined hula hooping would be so easy.

Used it twice
Not really worth the beating. There is an upgraded version with a smoother track that might work better. But this one is not it! It stops after one or two rounds and then the weight hits your body.

Gran producto.
Sin duda de mis mejores compras. Al principio cuesta un poco de trabajo encontrar el ritmo perfecto, pero funciona de maravilla. Para ver resultados hay que ser constante.

It’s okay
The box looked opened when it arrived but it works. And it is bigger than I thought, a bit bulky. You can adjust the size by taking off or adding the links. You can feel the inner muscles working as the weight goes around. There isn’t really a whole lot of movement required for it to work. Like a hula hoop kind of motion. Seems to be okay.

It takes practice, lots of practice
It feels heavy putting it together ( it’s weighted, it’s suppose to be heavy)YouTube videos helped with the movements to get it going. So far (1 week in) I’ve only managed to keep it moving 3 mins at a time. Lots of stop starting. And you need plenty of space to use it!

Cannot seem to spin it all the way around
It keeps clicking and stops. I cannot seem to find my groove
