I've been using this bottle for three months and it has more than met my expectations and needs. I love the shape and size. It is easy to hold and drink from and 17 oz. is just right, anything more is too cumbersome for my needs. So far, I'm finding that it keeps my water good and cold all day, and that's without using ice. I've even left it to sit without the cap on and returned hours later to find the water was still pleasantly cool. I've also left in the car during the hot summer and the water's temperature was unaffected - and, it doesn't sweat. I use it primarily for cold water, but the couple of times I had hot liquids in it, the temperature stayed hot for at least 6 hours. I really like that there is little to no temperature bleed-through. I can hold the bottle and not feel the coldness or heat of the beverage inside. I use this bottle daily and wash it by hand at night. I have yet to experience any odd taste to my beverages, as I have with other stainless steel bottles in the past. To fit the bottle into my carrying bag, I need to lay it on its side and there hasn't been the least hint of leakage despite all the jostling of being carried. I've used several other water bottles in the past and this one is my unqualified favorite. I'm utterly pleased with its design and functionality; that it's also so attractive is just the icing on a very nice cake. Highly recommended.*2/27/19* Product update - Over two years now with this bottle and I am pleased to say I stand by my original review. Apart from a couple of scratches that have occurred from daily, heavy usage, this bottle has held up like a trooper. I haven't experienced any strange tastes or smells tainting my beverages and it still holds the cold in beautifully. I would choose this bottle again in a heartbeat. Seeing the new colors and patterns available, I may have to get a second one.

Love this brand. Shipped quickly. Water stays cold (with ice not melting) for a very long time and they don't leak when properly closed. The smaller bottles are great for a purse and the biggest size fits well in a bookbag (for school aged kids and/or adults). The bottles themselves are of a really good quality and look great as well-the more feminine colors and designs are classy and chic, while the more masculine ones are classic-all are impressive and expensive looking. Having a cold drink for over 24 hrs is the best part and the price almost can't be beaten-highly recommend!

My new Mira water bottle is a perfect replacement for disposable plastic water bottles. Instead of buying and landfilling hundreds of plastic water bottles, I now get to drink fresh, ice-cold water as I travel. The screw top cap makes it easy to throw into my bag, without worries about spills. The double-walled construction keeps water wonderfully cold - there's still ice in the bottle after sitting out overnight. And the water bottle does not sweat at all, like my double-walled plastic water bottles. I've received many compliments on the design, some people even ask if it's actually made out of wood. The wood pattern goes really well with my safari bag, which has an exterior mesh pocket to carry disposable water bottles. The bottle is slim enough to slide into this pocket, so life is good. The bottle has a non-skid bottom, keeping it from sliding on tilted surfaces (like the hood of my car). The mouth of the bottle is a little narrow, so filling the bottle with ice takes a little bit of time, I have to feed them in one by one. The thin ice cubes from our automatic ice-cube maker fit easily into the bottle, and ice from a hotel ice dispenser fit as well, although several had to be "washed" into the bottle with water from the tap. Ice from a regular ice cube tray is too large to fit into the bottle, and would need to be melted slightly to fit into the bottle. The bottle is not huge, so it's not a water bottle to use for a long workout, but it is a perfect replacement for those occasions when I would have previously grabbed a disposable water bottle. I would definitely buy this again - although I hope this one lasts a good long time!

25 ounces is perfect. You finish it within a reasonable time and you're ready for the next one. I drink at least three of these a day or at least I try to. They keep the water cold enough over many hours. I noticed some reviews complain about bottles that don't keep the water cold for 24 hours. I don't know why anyone would want to keep water for 24 hours, but that's not an issue that I have. These bottles look good, and I find them easy to clean.

I bought my first MIRA bottle on Prime Day more than a year ago and absolutely LOVE it!I came across this MIRA bottle when I was looking for a replacement cap on my beloved 17oz 'wood' design S'well bottle I had received as a gift but lost the top of. I saw that MIRA were offering the exact same 'wood' design bottle as S'well but then in the 25oz size and for HALF the price so instead of replacing the cap of my S'well bottle, I took a chance and bought this one. Considering it offers all the same features as S'well but for such a lower price, I was a little apprehensive at first and kept my expectations low but it honestly ended up exceeding my expectations! I swear it's a replica.I also really love the bigger, 25oz design as the decreased hassle of consistently filling it throughout the day makes me drink more water which is my ultimate goal. The bigger size is also not too tall that it doesn't fit anywhere - it fits in the bottle holder of my car, backpack, and even the airplane pouch in the chair in front of you! I also thought that the bigger size would potentially warm up my ice water faster than the 17oz but I have noticed no difference at all.One of the other things I loved about my S'well bottle that this MIRA bottle features as well is NO BOTTLE SWEATING! I use notepads, journals, and my planner daily and hate it when my bottle drips all over the paper. I never have to worry that that happens with this bottle which is great!BOTTOM LINE: Same great quality (durable & well insulated & no sweating) and beautiful design as S'well for half the price.

Our daughters are very happy with the bottles however one doesn’t keep the heat. It’s too late to send it back as I put the package into the bin. So annoying…

very impressed with the quality of this.!i've been using it for a few months now and i tell you this... sometimes it even seems that it doesnt follow the same laws of physics, because if you put cold water inside and take it to the beach on a 35C day, it will still be cold after many hours, even if you left it on the sun. Same in winter, hot water inside will last all day. Its vacuum cavity wall makes wonders! Highly recommended!!
