Before getting this I was always repositioning myself to keep my knees and back from getting stiff and hurting. Once I started using it I noticed that not only did my knees and back stop hurting but I also found that I had more energy at the end of the day. I highly recommend purchasing one if you spend long hours behind a desk.

It is very easy to use. I can change from a sitting to standing position in less than a minute. Therefore I can go back to work without much interruption. The set up was quick. It took at most 1/2 hour. The anti-fatigue mat is a great addition, helps disperse the weight when standing.

Works as advertised

Find it very difficult to change from low to the high position, it is cumbersome, heavy and tight and really a struggleTo flatten it out I have to end up pushing it against the wall and downI am 5'11" and in a table it really does not reach the height I need it toWould not invest in this even though it is much cheaper than the other on the market, would look for a good motorized desk as they appear to be better value for moneyIt is heavy and just is there for me to stand and work with cannot really change position
