Great color but was sent 2 different styles
I ordered 2 quantities of the same green towel. The color is great and exactly what I wanted but I was sent 2 different styles instead of the same style. I didn’t realize this until I had already washed them and was folding them. Now I’m having a hell of a time contacting customer support (either Amazon or the towel company) bc the website keeps taking me around in circles not getting anywhere.

Not soft and when washed lots of fluff in lint screen and strands loose on towels not my best choice
