This is a lovely practical coat, ideal for the winter. It arrived in a rather small cardboard box, which made us worry if it would either be very thin and/or all creased up, fortunately neither was true, it is a lightweight 'puffer' type coat which springs back into shape as soon as it's taken out of the box.The quality of it is very good, the sewing and finishing are all very impressive and the zippers seem to be good quality as well. Despite its light weight it is very warm and this is enhanced by it being 3/4 length so it keeps the bum and upper legs warm as well as the body.In terms of fit, it is a little smaller than expected, my wife is a size 10 but we requested a size 12 to give some room for wearing a thick jumper under it, but actually it is fairly snug with just a thin jumper under it. The choice of colours is a bit limited, just purple, dark grey or black, we selected the dark grey and it is nice, but a lighter colour option would have been welcome.Finally there is the price, which at the time of writing is £89.99, this is far too high for this coat, it is good, but not that good, we feel that around the £50 mark would be more appropriate. This high cost, together with the none too generous sizing is the reason why I have awarded four stars instead of five.

So I got this for my better half because it was a vine item and because it was available in her size. Despite the description, we were expecting a fairly bulky delivery; what turned up was a very lightweight small package which contained the coat. We examined it and thought it far too lightweight to keep her warm; we had been expecting a coat that had fashionable rows of insulation, bit like wearing a sleeping bag.This doesn't have that really. It is a very lightweight, warm coat that really delivers when it's being worn outside. It packs up small if you need to do that, which will make it ideal for camping trips in the autumn.If it has a flaw, then it wasn't totally waterproof in a very heavy spring shower. After walking in the shower for about an hour it let in a small amount of rain. But that would be our only complaint.

Really nice warm coat with a hood which won't blow off your head in windy weather! Its a great length for winter, I'm only 5"3' but its not too longExactly as described , the coat is a good fit and I’ve already tested how waterproof it is . Fabric is as described and the rain just dripped off . The coat is very warm and has good coverage including the arm length and hood. Its not too thick so you can sit in the car and drive with it on comfortably. The jacket is warm and cosy. I would say there isn’t much option on the colours. Limited to three colours but that hasn’t been an issue for me . This is a great winter coat with a lot of functionality. It is a lightweight 'puffer' type coat that springs back into shape as soon as it is removed from the box.The quality is excellent; the sewing and workmanship are all excellent, and the zippers appear to be of decent quality. Despite its light weight, it is really warm, and the fact that it is 3/4 length adds to this by keeping the legs as well as the body warm.It zips up nicely and forms a decent insulating layer that keeps you warm in the winter. You are not going to use it for skiing, but it is completely fine for everyday use.The cloth is a little thin, so be careful not to snag it on anything, but other than that, it's of good quality and should last a long time.

I ordered this coat for my mother to use on dog walks. First impressions are that it is lightweight and compact, it can be folded up quite small which is ideal if you need a coat to take with you somewhere just in case it rains. Despite it being so lightweight the coat still keeps you reasonably warm and is suitable for fairly cold days. I love the burgundy colour and quilted design and another great added feature is an inside pocket which you don’t get on many womens coats. My only negative is the price, at £89.99 this is quite expensive and at the same pricepoint to more well known brands. Personally I don’t think it quite justifies this price but if it were to be more towards £50 I think it’d be great value for money.Overall a nice, stylish coat of good quality.

Came in a small box but jacket wasn't crumpled and soon straightend out.The craftsmanship is good and so is the quality of the materials. Stitching is neat and precise.My wife is a size 14 but ordered the 16, partly because Chinese sizes can be a little tight but mainly because she wanted the ability to wear a jumper under it.The fit is quite roomy even with a jumper on but not too big at all. Very easy to move in it.It's a 3/4 length coat on my 5.6 wife and she finds it warm and comfortable.A good buy. Possibly would benefit from being available in a few more colours.

This is an attractive coat and looks very good when worn. I bought for my wife and it has become her daily user.It's not the thickest of materials but it zips up well and creates a very nice insulation layer that protects against cold very well. You are not going to use it for skiing but for normal everyday use it is perfectly adequate.The material is a bit thin so you need to be careful that you don't snag it on anything but other than that it is of a decent quality and should last a good while.

A really lovely coat. Good quality and feels really nice. Great length and pattern.It did come up large for me though so I’d say definitely go for your smaller size.Also, I just don’t think it’s worth the current price tag of £89.99. It’s a lovely coat but not quite that lovely. I’d probably expect high end high street for that money.
