It's more of an Asian flvor seasoning

The taste is amazing, but you have to get past the idea. That I spent that much money for salt with that said I would probably buy it again.

This is so good. I can't explain the difference between this and any other salt blend, but just get it and try it for yourself. It's just that good.

Very tasty. We use it on a lot of different things. A bit pricey.

As a seasoning it’s definitely on the expensive side, great taste, love that hint of mushroom flavor, it’s a little sweet too but just a little. Make sure keep the bottle sealed tight, otherwise it gets chunky. Also mine says expire in October, hopefully next time I get get something that is “fresher”.

Excellent seasoning salt packed with flavor and umami. I truly appreciate a seasoning that is both gluten free and devoid of seed oils or "natural flavors." Wonderful addition to anything from roasting meats/veggies to scrambled eggs. Product arrived on time and in great condition.

Been watching David Chang a lot on Netflix. Decided I wanted to try his products. I personally do not like this. I tried it once and didn’t touch it again. My husband used it though. I don’t like the way it smells either. Sorry! Love David though. :)

Everything David Chang makes is pure fire. We put this on our meat and veggies. It gives it the perfect depth of flavor.
