Will this unit 'pair' up to stream landline into my bluetooth hearing aids?

No, it does not allow you to connect bluetooth headsets/ear pieces/hearing aids to the system.This device allows you to use your landline telephones with your cell phone. This connects to a cell phone via bluetooth and behaves as a handset for your cell phone. When your cell phone rings, any wired or cordless standard landline phones connected to this device will also ring, and you can answer the call from your traditional phone (you can also place a call with your landline phone system that is routed through your mobile phone and thus the cellular network). This particular model (BTTN) allows you connect a standard landline and up to 3 mobile phones to your traditional phones.You might also want to think of it like this - if you abandon your landline service and go mobile only, but you still want to use your traditional phones around the house (instead of holding the cell phone all the time), this is the device for you. Question 2

Do I need to connect the cordless phone into my wall jack?  I will not have a land line anymore and I will not use another wall jack in the house.

It depends on how you want to use it. If you have a multi-handset cordless phone, then you can plug the "master" or main unit into the Xlink, and all the others one will work. If you want to use this with regular corded phone, then yes you need to plug it into the wall jack, but don't forget to the disconnect your line from the outside at the Network Interface Device (located where the phone line comes in from the outside, usually in the basement).

I don't know cell2jack.  This works reliably with my old multi-phone system and my mobile device.  No problems using it for about 2 years.

about 15 feet before static 30 plus feet before drop that's typical of most blue tooth connections best to set phone down close to xlink and forget about it
