This is very well designed. It cuts the tape just perfect and come with an extra blade so your not going to buy a new one for quite a while. It's also made of metal again you will be able to use it a long time. One of the things I like most is that once the tape is cut the cut end of the roll rest on two rollers and does stick back on the roll. That is great when using clear tape because you don't have to find the cut end. The last thing is it easy to use. The pistol grip one work fine but you have to know how to use them or you waste a lot of tape. This one is so easy just about anyone will be able to use it right out of the box.

Sturdy and very sharp. Wanted something more substantial than the plastic dispenser that broke. This is a bit awkward to hold as it is designed for one hand versus being designed for either. It's fine for my purposes.

I absolutely hate using the cheap plastic dispensers that come with packing tape. The end of the tape always ends up back on the roll -- you spend more time scraping it back up than you gain from using the dispensers. Those cheapie plastic snap on dispensers also want to come apart when you're applying a long length of tape.I bought this dispenser for home use and like it because it isn't one of the huge, commercial "guns." Easy to load and easy to use. The end of tape stays where I want it -- and not stuck on the roll. Make sure you load it correctly: it appears a little weird at first. The tape is threaded BETWEEN the 2 white rollers and the larger black roller near the cutting blade. Keep the sticky side of tape toward the white rollers. You'll get the hang of using this soon enough.

We ship a lot of packages from our fulfillment department, and this is the best tape gun we've used! It's made of metal so it doesn't break like the plastic ones, it's a LOT easier to handle than the bulky tape guns with a big handle and blade, and it cuts smoothly.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. Feels flimsy, tape falls off continually, can't get the tape started. Without question, the worst tape gun I have ever owned. This one's going right back where it came from!

Ok for price, but someone needs to build a really good one. I this style is all L use but is typically cheaply built. The Prosun is ok but the metal is still two thin, and both one I bought I had to bend back to the right shape. So far Uline has the best one and its three times the price. Even the Uline has its problems though, the small tap roller is riveted on and become loose and unrepeatable.

Hab 3 verschiedene Handabroller zu vernünftigen Preisen gekauft (also alle unter 30 Eur, kein Profigerät).Diesen hier hab ich danach gleich nachgekauft, damit ich an zwei Arbeitsstellen je 3 Abroller für unterschiedliche Klebebänder (braun, durchsichtig, rot/zerbrechlich) habe. Dieser Handabroller ist für mich das Optimum aus praktisch, klein, handlich, preiswert und doch stabil. Die Klebebandrolle hält stabil am Handabroller. Die Zacken schneiden das Klebeband verlässlich ab. Ich kann bei Paketen leicht rundum Klebestreifen anbringen. Und und und.[Hab weiters einen Plastikabroller gekauft, der ist noch minimal kleiner, aber gefühlt hab ich bei jedem Rollentausch Angst, dass ich was abbreche. Weiters hab ich einen großen Abroller gekauft, der aussieht, wie die 100-oder-mehr-Euro-Geräte - funktioniert auch gut und hat natürlich den Vorteil, dass man das Klebeband besser andrücken kann - diese Funktion ist aber nur auf stabilen und ebenen Kartons praktisch. Ich hab aber selten neue Kartons, stopple schon auch mal was aus alten Kartons zusammen, verpacke manches auch nur in Papier oder Folie, wo ich die Andrückfunktion nicht nütze.]Fazit, kann ich empfehlen. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil die Qualität sicher besser sein könnte. Hab diese Handabroller jetzt aber schon mehrere Monate in Benützung und alles noch tipi-topi in Schuss und super zufrieden.
