I did a lot of research looking for the perfect “hidden spy cam” and this one is top notch. Video is clear and good quality. It’s completely discreet (no sounds or light shown [must turn off in the app]). Charging ports actually work. Set up was easy [make sure to use 2.4ghz wifi]. Does not have night vision but works in low light. Customer service is excellent. They’re so quick to respond and is willing to work with you to help with set up or anything else. Highly recommend. And if this doesn’t work for you, message them as they have other great products that may suit your needs better.

I have been trying to get this camera to work for 2 months now. Returned 2 of them. Customer service was VERY NICE and sent me another one for free. I still couldn't get it to pair up with my WiFi. several emails later with instructions, (which are super confusing), still wouldn't connect. Customer service said then it was an app software issue. Two weeks later I was advised to try it again and it still doesn't work!You would think a company could write comprehensive and CLEAR instructions. There are apparently 2 methods of installation, written on the same instruction sheet. One said "recommended" but customer service said to use the other one. Seems like 75% of instructions work but no connection. Username and passwords required but not specified if it is my wifi info or new info for the camera. Very difficult to follow, some things okay but then off into left field. This product is not worth the time and trouble. Two months should be enough to hook up a simple device!!!

Customer service is also excellent and very responsive, they have worked with me on a small issue and kept at it until I was satisfied. Just have some patience when setting it up. The app has lots of settings, so take your time (unlike I did the first time!) and it will work perfectly!

I was really impressed with the size of the product. It is small enough to place anywhere. The quality of the video picture was really much better than what I expected. All in all it's a good product for what you are paying.

Al principio tuve problemas para conectarla al wifi pero se debia al repetidor de señal, cambié de router y todo perfecto. Compraré otra.
