Almost 42 and i was sold simply by the title of the book cause it cracked me up { I'm amused even when I drive by dogs 💩 ing ... I cheer them on lol } . The pictures of the pups and their little letters are so cute and will give you a good laugh

Dear Pack Leader,We told you not to buy this book of 50 letters from dogs to their human companions. Why would you want to spend 25 minutes reading about dogs when you can play with us? And the photographs of dogs? Please, we are so much cuter.True, these are letters about the funny or irritating things that dogs do everyday. But the dogs featured are so ordinary and their explanations for their behaviors are not that funny. Remember that time you had guests over and I threw up in the dining room during dinner? I don’t know what all the screaming was about. As soon as I barfed, I started cleaning it up myself! There sure were a lot of leftovers from that meal.Or how about our charming habit of herding your female friends through the house? It is most efficient if we shove our heads in their butts and just keep pushing. And sniffing. Maybe licking. What does “embarrassing” mean?We could go on and on about our superior antics. Our advice is not to waste your time or money reading this book. Use that time to get us a snack, throw the ball, pet us for two hours, or just sit and gaze at our canine wonderfulness. I was not able to read the book in one sitting, the stories were that funny. I had to take breaks to rest my smiling face muscles.

I purchased this book as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. She LOVES dogs and silly humor, so this book looked like it would be perfect for her. It arrived today and I couldn't help but read through it. It had me laughing out loud from the first letter. If you have ever owned a dog, you will find this book hilarious and a really fun read. It is written in letter format from pooches to their owners. It is not very long, but features darling photos of each dog that has "written" a letter. I can't wait to give it to my daughter on Christmas morning. I am sure she is going to love reading it as much as I did!

My grandma and grandpa are not big on reading, and are actually a little demented. I got this for them for Christmas, because the one area of life that we seem to be able to bond over is dogs. They light up when they see my Chihuahua, I actually think they like her more than me...lol. Well when they opened it, they seemed confused, but started reading some of the stories and for about forty five minutes, I would hear them laughing every thirty seconds or so after reading another story. They enjoyed it and that made me happy.

Didn't realise how small this book was

Disappointing. I was going to get a dozen of these to give as Christmas gifts but after leafing through this one I think not. I have had other books of this type that I thought were hilarious and made great gifts to my dog loving friends but not this one. It's not that it's really bad it's just not really good. Might suit a young teenager.
