These used to be far more expensive (and OEM replacement heads cost as much as a whole new unit). The current pricing is so inexpensive it makes zero sense to have a worn down brush. Older reviews of various similar products frequently complained that the mechanics were altered and the generic replacement toothbrush heads did not vibrate as well as the original. The performance of this replacement head is fully as good as I’d expect from the original manufacturer and at 1/5 the price. It provides a surprising restoration of ‘toothbrush spa’ instead of ‘swabbing’ your teeth with a brush that’s gradually lost it’s bristle quality.

These were the hardest bristles I have ever used. Usually when I buy toothbrushes from Amazon they’re medium hardness. These were extremely hard on my teeth and gums. Used the first one for a couple of weeks hoping it would soften up, but when it didn’t, I tossed it and tossed the second one. I wish I could have been reimbursed and returned them but I’d already used one and two came in the box. So, unless you’re looking for a very hard toothbrush, don’t get this one.

Not a bad brush head for the older style sonicare toothbrush.

From the very first, the one brush that I tried worked about 75% of the time. If I put any real pressure on the brush, it quit vibrating. So I kind of learned to brush lightly. Being the cheap guy that I am, I kept using it, even tho it was definitely defective. This week it got progressively worse, and basically just quit. Put the second one on, just now and works great! I guess I had a defective one. Right on the box it says made in China. Duh on my part!

These replacement toothbrush heads are perfect.

I would not purchase these again because it is almost as cheap to buy a new toothbrush. These are very well-made and I was pleased with my initial purchase.
